没有记忆障碍，没有认知障碍。不能叫痴呆啊，所以不能分到“老年痴呆”里面吧
为了confirm这点，我又查了专业的neurology的医典（当初花了很多银子，今天终于派
上用场）
完全没有cognitive impairment症状
(2)发病机理是这样的，脑干有一个结构叫substantia nigra,它的主要功能，制造
dopamine
dopamine是一种神经递质，运动皮层（motor cortex)需要它才能发出信号
而帕金森的病人，substantia nigra无法制造足够多巴胺，于是无法有足够的运动信号
送出
导致主要症状：Bradykinesia(行动迟缓）, hypokinesia（自主运动降低）,
akinesia（难以开始一个动作）, tremor（颤抖）, rigidity（僵硬）,
postural instability（站不稳）, drooling（嘴歪留口水）

死于帕金森的，只有两个人，一个是练一级方程式车手，一个是练橄榄球的
（占总死亡原因不到０．２％）--但是很难说是不是本来就有这个基因
不知道你们家里人是怎么得到这个impression，认为帕金森，或者老年痴呆，是和练体
育有关系？

除了常说的胰岛素抵抗和Alzheimer's disease，还有以下常见病因：
1. 血管性痴呆：多和糖尿病和高血压所引起的血管闭塞有关。特点是step wise
progression。中国存在的普遍问题是虽然服药，但是没有把血糖和血压控制在目标范
围内。
2. 低甲状腺素痴呆：常和甲状腺癌术后有关。是唯一种可逆性痴呆。服用甲状腺素片。
3. VitB12和叶酸痴呆：和营养不良和没有亲属照顾有关。微波炉的使用会破坏叶酸。
叶酸的肝脏储备够用4个月，VitB12够用几年。多吃点新鲜的蔬菜和肉类吧。
4. 抑郁引起的痴呆：也称假性痴呆，和一个人居住，孤独，疾病，trauma等有关。自
己不care，也不掩饰。真性痴呆是会通过撒谎来掩饰的。
5. 水电解质紊乱：一般短暂性。
6. 正常老年性脑退变：有部分表现，如记忆衰退，但达不到确诊指标。
除此之外，根据分子机理和发病位置（由此导致不同症状）还有以下几种：

多巴胺是用substantia nigra分泌到primary motor area，掌管fine motor control。
多巴胺缺乏会导致motor control的毛病，也就是是帕金森氏病（Parkinson），帕金森
的病人只是
motor control有问题，不会心情不好，抑郁什么的
血清素，掌管了人类的一些快感（euphoria）区域。得到快感，就会想不断重复这个

1. 你把2002年美国做的啥医学研究给个link吧
我现在就在学CNS，Parkinson啥的，从来没听说过胆酸在这方面的用途。就算有也绝对
不是guideline recommended therapy. 顶多是off label的应用。对帕金森，dopamine
agonist是绝对的most effective agent. 再给你科普，对药品off label应用的宣传是违
反federal law的。说话要小心！ 对于丙肝的研究很新颖，毕竟没有西药能治疗丙肝！但是到底是
熊胆汁的多成分综合作用还是ursodiol的作用，直接影响到结论！只有是多成分的综合作用，提取
胆汁才有意义。要不然还是合成化合物取胜。
2.你把合成和提取的概念弄清楚再来分析你的2和3.
Ursodiol是chemically synthesized的。这不是很清楚的证明了活体取胆液的过时和
不合理性！ |

有很多机器翻译的痕迹。比如不理解“把”字句，只会按顺序翻译不会倒装，不会翻译
“做”等用法灵活的词，都是机器翻译最常见错误。人，不管是中文母语还是英文母语
都不会犯这样的错误。
无论什么人工翻译，都不会忘了前后人名翻译应该一致，除非前后不是同一个人翻的，
机器就容易理解了，机器不会考虑上下文。
至于为什么会把万翻译成million，只能说这个机器很差劲吧。
去google翻译了一把，对比一下。上一句是链接里的翻译，下一句是google翻译的。
应该说这个翻译机器的智能程度比google还差不少。但是除了用词细节不同以外，句式
错误是错得一模一样。

了吗啡都没用。但是因为这个不找男朋友？说不过去吧。我和我老公在一起将近20年了
，都是他照顾。不夸张的说，如果不是我老公的话，我大概都活不到今天。除了痛经，
我还有别的毛病，去年怀孕及其tough，我老公照顾我瘦的比我还多。记得我被拉到医
院的时候，我对我老公说我要立遗嘱，我要写下如果我变成植物人，我要求6个月后放
弃治疗。我老公说不要。我可以理解，就算是植物人，也在这世上有个牵挂。后来我看
了一个电影， saving Milly, 讲一个老公照顾自己得了parkinson症的妻子。看到老公
请求自己病入膏肓的妻子不要抛弃自己放弃治疗的时候，我泪流满面（现在我依然是）。
我这里想说的是不要因为自己身体的原因而放弃对生活的追求。我不知道你具体的情况
，但是我希望我的经历能让你从另一个方面看问题。我还要说的是，我老公是那种扔到
人群里都找不着的那种，很普通的人。普通人有普通人的韧劲，你只是需要发现他。 |

我留有几本大陆中华民国时期的时尚杂志《宇宙锋》，林语堂编的。里面有不少当时中
产阶级一般侍女生活的写真，从她们的表情看来让人羡慕。不但保持了以前中国礼教所
培养下的几分教养，也有几分自由摩登主义式的活泼。虽然千娇百媚，但艳而不俗，举
止高雅得体。这些，大家都可以从上海的一些老片子中找到她们的倩影。
在我中学时代，有一个教语文的老师，年纪也大了，谈吐与其他的老师不同。她住在学
校角落的一个青瓦房里，旁边种了不少的花卉，青幽幽的一大片。现在我仍然记得有种
植物，叶子上有白色的尖刺，我不认识去问她，她和蔼的向我介绍。她的先生是瘫痪的
，躺在藤椅上，她坐在一个小凳子旁照顾他。与她在一起，我感到很快乐，而她就是毕
业于民国时期女子学校，所以有着细腻而温柔的内涵，文明的气质。
我最近无聊，偶尔也打开电视，看一些大陆的节目，感到了大陆的节目的粗俗恶鄙，与
中华民国时期高下相比几乎如同隔世充满中共党文化低级趣味的下流。
也正所谓“相由心生”，我发觉那些接受中共党文化的人——他们的五官也变了，个个

I admire my father very much. He is a good husband and a terrific
father. Being very much a family man, he cares not only our small
family, but also the extended family, including my aunts, uncles
and their children. I never met my paternal grandmother, who suffered
from Parkinson's disease, and passed away even before I was born.
I learn who she is from my father. He always tells me stories of
last generation. He wants me to have a sense of ROOT. I am really

以前，看电影，都是对皇帝的提炼长生不老丹进行讽刺和批判。
但是，现在看来，确是一项重大科研项目。
想想，所有生物医学的朋友，你们天天做的
是不是为延长人的生命而努力。
天天找药治病，无非就是使人活的更长久。这和古代皇帝的研究没有区别。
通过这个例子，可以说明：
1）不要对古人轻蔑的评判
2）人类进化这么多年，其实本质不变。人要吃，要拉。要生，要死。
多少年，我们的后代是不是笑话我们今天的登月呢？
我现在痴迷于aging的研究，特别是老痴呆，失忆，失聪，神经衰弱，抑郁症，AD,
Parkinson等。
