这个Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) project 是印度的十一五（2007-2012）计划
里的内容，按照计划这一万多公里货运铁路应该在2012年之前完工。
但是铁路一直没开建，据报道是因为没钱，土地也一直征不了。不过有报道说今年要开
建了，重新计划到2016能建好2000多公里。今年印度铁道部的财政报告被其国内媒体狂
批，其中就有DFC项目资金不够无法保证开工的问题。原先2006年计划的时候预算是 Rs
280 billion (about $6 billion)，今年重新算了一下要花Rs 770 billion。

〔提 要〕中欧班列是“一带一路”建设的重要内容。经过7年多的快速发展，中
欧班列不仅在开行规模、覆盖范围、货运品类等方面实现重大突破，而且形成了相对清
晰的运营模式和相对稳定的运营格局。这主要得益于中国改革开放的深化、“一带一路
”的推进以及中国与沿线国家协调机制的建立和完善。然而，诸多制约中欧班列发展的
突出问题也日益显现，主要包括：市场定位不清、协调机制低效、境外基础设施落后等
。为此，应从理顺主导逻辑、强化协调机制、优化线路布局、服务地区合作等方面着手
推动中欧班列行稳致远。

Jaffa是非常古老的港口。过去航海能力最强的sea peoples和后来这附近出的航海民族
肯定都用过。他们在整个地中海航线，后来在北非突尼斯一带和意大利本土，还有海中
意大利和希腊那边最大的岛都有过大量殖民了。

produced light rail trains to Turkey, state media said on Sunday, even as a
deadly high-speed train crash in late July threatens to undermine the
country's plans to export its train technology.

议：建一个以大侠命名的trail如何？
选址我认为是首要的问题，现在抛砖引玉，大家一起讨论一下。
Sam Merrill Trail 可能是南加最popular 的trail，估计每个南加山友都走过此
trail，在这个trail的对面有一个无名trail，很少有人走过，本人经常光顾此路。本
人今天早上爬了这个trail，走了一个loop行程，仅看到除我之外2人，并且看到他们中
途返回。
这条trail不popular的原因，我认为比起Sam Merrill难度大很多，而且关键是这条
路最后有大约60多米有50到60度的陡坡需要徒手爬行，根本没有trail line 。爬上后
才可以和MT.Lowe Railway交汇。上了Railway之后到ECHO MT。形成Loop。
这条trail虽然坡度大一些，除最后一段还是非常安全的。我想如果在最后一段修一个
平行或很缓的shortcut，上Lowe railway，这样整个trail就成形了。这段shortcut大
约30米，我想如果我们去修，可能一天时间是够 |
