正如作者LeatherAss反复指出的，短小精悍是本书的一大特点。薄薄的200页，却包括
了几十个章节，很多章节简洁到只有2页。没有多余的废话，2页虽短，但足够阐述一个
重要的概念，所谓点到即止，自己多加体会。
书的前大半主要讨论的是扑克生意论，及相关的诸多问题，比如rakeback，比如review
hands，比如规模效应等等，书的后面几章，谈到了一些常见的战术问题。
比如small pocket pair (PP)的打法，这曾经是作者本人或者大多数普通牌友一直很困
惑的问题。记得2年前俺也曾经问过类似问题。很多人拿着这牌象鸡肋，硬也不是软也
放不下。作者也说如果能够flop a set，而对手如果拿着TPTK或者over pair，这恐怕
是扑克里面最激动人心的一种场景。但是，这样的事毕竟从统计上来说，只是1/8的时
候，守株待兔一般。剩下的大多数时候呢? 太多人"自觉"的选择了放弃，而这，恰恰是
一大误区，尤其是在有position的时候。没错，如果flop出来2张大牌，你的small PP
是成问题，但是这并不代表你要软弱的 |

下载一定要从rakebackpros的链接过去，然后下载，不要直接去FTP或者其他站点链接，

1) did you set up rakeback correctly? it's VERY important for cash game
grinders;
2) yes, rush poker gets FTP points very fast. i play for 200 points a day to
get my iron level ironman (2 25NL tables for about 2 hrs). i couldn't do
this at all before unless i play 100NL regular 2 tables;
3) no, FTP doesn't favor new accounts, but you feel lucky, lol. down the
road, you'll see swings like everyone, just relax and enjoy the learning
process;

seen in our rakeback). max $1200/yr (AND many won't get this much) bonus is
really not a big deal at all.
if they decide to get rid of ironman deals, i'd serously consider to play on
other sites more.
again, stupid, rush poker so far seems such a big success and competitive
edge against other sites.
after all, with capped rake, we're the "silly" micro stake regulars who

higher stake doesn't necessarily mean higher rake, because it's capped at $x
(can't remember X), which means you may pay the same rake for 200NL or
5000NL.
this is why you must have rakeback to play cash games.
