我吃过不少好的steak house，ld做的这块比吃过的restaurant都赞
recipe
选肉：很关键，一定要选dry aged beef (rib eye, top sirloin, tenderloin, etc),
USDA choice 以上的grade. （如果不是dry aged beef做法有很大不同）
making：
1。 抹上salt ＋ pepper ＋ extra virgin olive oil
2。 cast iron放oven 500度热3分钟，拿出来后放炉子上接着大火热。
3。 把准备好的肉放进去，每面sear 2分钟，出来就是medium rare。 3分钟出来是
medium。 我偏爱medium rare 一些，非常juicy。

Lynas (LYSCF.PK) is the most undervalued and the most solid company. not a
speculative play at all. it will be the first to mass produce in 2011!

I like AVL for the following key reasons:
1. huge heavy rare earth, which are more valuable than light rare earth.
2. superb management, if you look at their past dilutions, they always
dilute at local high stock price.
I hold stocks for mid to long term, can't comment on daily or hourly price
movements. |

study.
But, only the slope estimate is meaningful, the intercept estiamte is not.
Unless you know the marginal probability of the rare event, you wouldn't be
able to predict the binary outcome.
There are a little bit of discussion given by Agresti's book. You can also
read Hosmer and Lemoshow's Applied logistic regression for more. |
