(2010年底到现在）。
版上建议review尽量上两位数，上周末突击给杂志主编写信， 一周多之内审完了 8 篇
，算是凑够了 15 篇，如果下周申请的话，有一半是最近一周多审的稿，会不是是个不
利因素啊？我是申请 O-1 签证，要求和 EB1A差不多。 谢谢！ |

editor，他是那个小杂志的主编。那paper我二作，他引一两个。去年他请我给同样的
杂志审过一次稿。在reference letter开头提与我关系时，有必要说最初知道我是因为
他负责接收的我05年那篇paper？听起来有点牵强，因为也不是什么好工作，我的申请
里那个paper是几乎完全忽略的，不过跟现在的大方向是一致。我后来做的东西包括准
备重点说的paper倒是和他的research有overlap。信里怎么提与我的关系为好？ |

另外一个相关的是要准备点first aid，不过我估计GGBC有
对比赛有帮助的，等我想想。最直接可以做的就是安排裁判，不过这个需要志愿者。我
们可以从A组比赛做起，这样大概3个左右裁判就够了（甚至两个）。还可以安排边裁。
我可以负责基本的培训，如果有人有兴趣的话。但这个似乎跟referee training也没啥
关系…………
啊对了，可以考虑统一用球，这样开赛前可以测球速，避免各用各球造成的速度不一
今年的比赛，我7月3号有安排…………不知道有没有可能7月4号到5号打。大家是不是
可以开始投票了？

one also classifies his publications under non-referred journals category. So
maybe the word "Refereed" is more appropriate. Pointing out that a journal is

其中牵扯到的discrimination, 包含一项叫victimization，中文可以翻译可以叫“打
击，报复”。HR特别举例就是referee letter。她说，任何comments必须要有确定的事
实，证据支持。如果你要写negative comments，必须确定你有足够的证据。如果一旦
发现你的推荐信上的东西没有证据的话，你就有法律上的责任，这也包括电话，口头评
价等等。
不知道这个法律，美国是否有立法？ |

很明显就应该拒，但是如果要仔细评论一一指出人家错在哪里，那首先要把作者自己混
乱的逻辑与写作理清楚，然后才能清楚地给人家深入浅出讲道理，而这个是极其花费时
间精力的---作者自己都没搞清楚，我们却要试图从人家的角度把人家的思维一一串起
来。这时候大家怎么做呢？随便写两句，反正也是拒，还是花时间细细评论？有没有标
准referee report? 谢谢。 |

发帖数: 67 | 40 referee report一般都是保密的，所以很难看到好的样本，这是很遗憾的一件事。如果
系里有很nice或者很熟悉的教授，可以试着要要看，比如他收的或者是他写的，
跟他承诺绝不外泄。
我个人感觉，至少写几个重要的错误，提供一些修改乃至重写的建议。这样一来对作者
是个帮助，二来editor自然也会记得你的敬业。 |

Generally, it is a rejection and ask you to submit to PR B or C. hehe.
My First PRL's referee comment is much better than this. He says something
like it can be published at any highly qualified journal include PRL. However,
editor just rejected it at first time feedback.
