In the NFL rule book, throwing elbow is the same as throwing punch. That may
be what the refere meant by punch. They get the same penalty. They are
literally in the same sentence in the rule book.

knee, he should have handed the ball to the referee.
I just learned that by rules, your knee doesn't have to touch the ground,
just the kneeing act is enough. And the referee immediately blew the play
dead, so the referees weren't confused at all.

Historically, LSW had been a victim. At one of the all-China (the quan yun
hui) games, she was leading Zhang Yining 3 games to 2 and at game 6 9:7 LSW
looped and Zhang's return went out. The referee had already given the point
to Liu. But the Beijing team coach 周树森, while on the coach's seat,
called it a "touch". The principal referee had to do what 周树森 wished, to
overrule the referee and give the point to Zhang. Liu and Zhang had to play

rejected.
最惋惜的是JF的referee很喜欢并建议修改，而且所有的意见都是可以做的。Editor 也
挺喜欢的，可惜的是AE不喜欢。Editor 在信里说
"I know that it is frustrating to draw a referee that is on the positive
side yet the paper is rejected. Just so you know, about 50% of the positive
recommendations end up being rejected.
I am not as negative as the Associate Editor. I think, with a revision along
the lines that the referee points out, that the paper could place at JFE or
RFS. "

Based on my experience as an author and as a referee, the opinion of the
editor>> the opinion of a referee. In this case, if you can convince the
editor of your contribution, you should have a good chance of getting

The equation I got from K.Martin's book between input and output refereed
noise:
Vno(f)^2 = Vni(f)^2 * A|j.2.pi.f|
Which means the output noise spectre is not only amplified by the gain, but
also shaped by the transform function. In other words, the transistor’s
bandwidth also kicks in at high frequency.
As a result the noise corner is pushed to the far end of frequency axis for
the output-refereed noise (10MHz range) compared to the input-refereed noi |

this is defining the settling time of the feedback system. Higher zero dB
freq, the faster feedback is. Has nothing to do with input refereed noise. I
think the input refereed noise only or 70% depend on the gain. the high

i think the noise rejuection you mean is power supply rejection. that is

我认为如果他们两个都不available, 编辑可以再找, 但新referee不应该提任何新意见,
只应该判断你的修改/回复是否address了以前referee的意见.
同样, 同一个referee, 在收到你的response之后, 只应该judge你的修改是否
符合他原来的意见, 而绝不应该提新意见(除非是针对你修改的部分).

天，一个评审花了半天。从来没见过这种奇怪的事情，糊涂了，是不是被评审秒杀了？
忐忑中。。。。
两个评审都是神速的给意见，不太妙。好歹有一个给点正面点的评价，还能打打架，都是秒杀那就连架都没得打了。
