材料：
costco的bosc梨子两个，半个柠檬的zest，牛奶
步骤：
bosc洗好去皮切成小块放入冰箱冻好，柠檬洗干净把外表薄薄的一层黄色的皮刮下，注
意尽量不要刮下白色的皮，会涩。
把冻好的bosc和柠檬皮一起放入blender，加入一些牛奶，打匀，开吃～～～
tips：
我加的牛奶比较少，因为喜欢冰淇淋的效果，可以根据个人口味选择
bosc一定要放到ripe之后再放入冰箱，否则硬邦邦而且不够甜。 ripe的标准是根部有
些软。
ripe 的bosc非常甜，不需额外加糖，柠檬皮清香扑鼻。 |

《路透社》报导，欧洲近期涌入数十万人，但同一时间，中国也拥有超过上百万
的新建无人公寓，以及几乎看不到人影的新设城市，该名记者认為，那如果这些房子都
提供给难民，问题不就迎刃而解吗？
报导指出，目前中国有高达2000万至4500万户的房子无人居住，有将近6亿平方公
尺的楼地板面积上找不到一个人。但这些「鬼屋」并不是真的没有「主人」，大部分的
房子在盖好之前，就已经被人买下了，原因当然是预期那个地方的房价会再上涨。
但该名记者也表示，要把「鬼城」提供给这些难民，实务上不太可能达成，因為
除了让大批难民跨越地球一大半，本身就是政治大麻烦外，这些难民需要的也不只是一
个能住的地方而已，这不只是个简单的供应与需求问题。

中进行。和国内前两天摘了今天就要卖了吃了两回事。口感肯定没国内的ripe on the

的，品种被搞得很奇葩了。比如番茄，美国卖番茄苗蕃茄种子怕是有几十种，都很好吃
