我BID一个吧。51个包子。
上周日我LG给我做凤爪,又剪指甲,还要油炸,还要泡,还要蒸的,忙活了一天就整了
那么几个爪出来。没几下就被我啃成了白骨精。 我LG当场表示以后再也不做凤爪了,
太费功夫了,以后还是吃早茶点得了。

草籽买 kentucky 31 或者 rye
另外土质很重要。 我刚刚买了两个Cubic Yard 的土, 3600 pounds,做patching 用。
撒上草籽, 然后再撒干草, homedepot 有买的, 一个bale 7块。 或者你到附近农场
里, 一个bale 3块。
现在不晚。

03年还是04年台球世锦赛,四挪棵冠军Mark Williams被人white wash9;0,连
XX都输没了。
9球有9球的特点,节奏快,有些运气成分。打一万盘,你没准能赢个几盘,就象打四
挪棵你只跟冠军比吃彩
球,打一万盘,你没准也能赢个几盘;你跟奥运会100米冠军比30米,没准能赢一
次,两次。
9球的冠军练四挪棵的话,可以成为一个good player,但是成不了冠军;反过来也一
样,因为等他们成了一

春天才没几天,好像夏天快到了,板上想加入我们钓鱼的来吧,纽约市北面湖 Rye
lake,new croton reservoir和哈得逊河tarrytown和熊山之间。有大小嘴,bass和黄白

我不吃米面,吃蔬菜很多,一顿一整个西兰花那种,至少2 servings
偶尔会吃 100% wholewheat bread, or 100% rye bread,一天不超过2片
你如果买面包,一定要买 "100%"全麦,很多号称全麦面包都是掺有大量白面的
还有steel cut oats, brown rice都是粗粮,可以少量吃点,如果你馋的话

楼主可能还是因为是女生胃口小吧。还是吃蛋白粉简单快速。我说一下我一天的饮食:
早起 一勺粉 (22g);
运动半小时后吃早饭 两份牛奶 (16g)+两个鸡蛋(14g)+草莓蓝莓若干+蜂蜜一小勺+
芝麻糊加燕麦(8g);
上午10点,两片RYE面包+一勺花生酱(18g);
午饭 鸡腿2个quarter (40g)+土豆泥一份(5g)+各色蔬菜若干
锻炼前:香蕉一个
锻炼后:粉一勺+巧克力一份 (25g);
晚饭 medium pizza一个(40g)+蔬菜若干
睡前 粉一勺(22g)
一天总蛋白摄入量 220g左右,现在体重173lb,体脂25.5%.准备吃到圣诞节开始减,不
知掉到时候啥样子。
不喝粉的话一天最多也就吃140g蛋白。当然这是个人喜好问题,很多人就特别抵制吃蛋
白粉。

我的一点看法。
首先我的孩子很小,1岁和3岁,所以可能没有什么经验。但是我是在这里上的college,
对学校上有一些经验。
论本科,几乎没有公立的可以和私立的比。UC, UMich, UVA, Wisconsin Madison只能
算是矮子里拔将军。我个人不能理解为什么很多中国人觉得加州好是因为UC好。说的极
端一些,砸锅卖铁college也要上私立。当然,是金子放哪儿都会发光。说得细一点,
IVY最核心的是什么?college 和 GSAS. 最狭义上的常春藤校友只指这两部分。所以,
我个人不喜欢Wharton under,太实用。去藤校应该就上文理学位。
另外,来美国上grad school的人很多不了解liberal arts college.以Amherst,
Swathmore为代表的顶级新英格兰文理学院是与藤校不相上下的。如果是女娃,七姐妹
(现在只有五姐妹了,外加co-ed的vassar)是很好的选择。
然后说我对中学的看法。我不喜欢纽约三大。你们可以google一下一篇文章"paper

大体上看没啥问题,如果吹毛求疵呢,还有点小地方可以改进
我个人不是很待见精米精面,淀粉的摄入主张走粗粮的路子,比如烤红薯,燕麦粥,南
瓜糊,玉米棒子,如果mm要吃面包呢,建议吃粗面包,比如公主说的rye的,或者
sprout grain的,至少也得是个whole grain的
下午加餐,巧克力不如改成cottage cheese或者是cheese stick
晚上一定要吃米饭吗?两口倒也可有可无,吃了大概对你也就是个心理安慰
你这个食谱应该是能减的
