直接将虹鳟鱼归为三文鱼，引发海内外巨大争议。

本身，该团体标准的推出已有诸多程序违规。其中的核心包括：一、团体标准实际公示

1. King Salmon( aka Chinook ): 这个就不用多介绍了。
2. Sockeye Salmon ( aka Red Salmon ): 我们在russian river 钓的就是Red Salmon
. 味道和好。6月和7月是钓 Red Salmon 的时间。
3. Coho Salmon ( aka Silver Salmon )：味道很好。 比Red Salmon难钓， 但是更有
乐趣，上钩之后跳来跳去。7月底和8月是钓Silver的时间。
4. Humpy ( aka Pink Salmon )：个头相对较小，味道一般。除了smoke它们，当地人
不太吃Pink Salmon。主要用于罐装。 在我的图片里的放在sink 里的四条就是pink。

我们去的时间稍早，看到了不少salmon跳坝。坝下钓salmon的人有一条king，总体上非
常slow。
九月三十日早上去了著名的tippydam。我们到tippydam都差不多十点了，我就近找了一
个dock就开始钓了。通过偏光太阳镜可以看到salmon在交尾。大概5-6条salmon在眼前
的深坑里面“跳舞”开始用3尺的leader，甩了2小时没有动静。想想可能leader太长了
，减为
2尺，甩了一个小时，中鱼一条。历尽辛苦，landing了第一条小king salmon。
中午在坝下烧烤一些东西吃了。吃过饭，我到坝下看了看，中鱼还是挺多的。坝下一个
坑有几个人撤了，我就占过去。很快中鱼一条，力量还算挺大的。最后下游的人帮助我
，可惜抄跑了。接着上游一个人中鱼，我帮助他抄上来。现在上下游都处好关系了，地

心饵啊。最后landing了两大（母）一小（公）共三条，可惜俩大的力气并不特别大，
drag象征性的响了几下，估计都是产完卵的了。
谈几点新手的感受，老将们当笑话听吧：
1. 刚上来没产卵的king salmon的力量大的恐怖，我钓bass，哪怕是大wiper都没见过
这样的。我在那小瀑布上游一点连续三个咬钩，第一次没准备好手里的杆子差点脱手，
第三次刚咬上我就set hook，杆子疯狂地抖动，将近10磅的drag（15磅FC线）连续响了
5秒钟，然后断线，再出水洗腮一气呵成，对我那套bass tackle是赤裸裸的嘲笑啊！由
此我非常佩服拿fly rod能landing salmon的人，简直mission impossible啊！
2. salmon的咬钩和bass很不一样，但和trout很像，就是突然且高频率的干脆咬钩，不
会像bass那样让人猜是不是咬了？bass咬钩可以说是“突突突”，salmon咬钩绝对是“
哐哐哐”！

我没有，所以用了classico traditional basil pesto，
基本是意大利几个seasoning的背景，但是用蒜香和basil提味。
烹制过程：
salmon 腌好的丁和大蒜子入t-fal，
洒半勺olive oil，
先六分钟，尝下生熟，再0~5分钟。
蔬菜，

发帖数: 171 | 39 钓salmon就是很辛苦，casting 1000 times能有一次bite就是lucky，跟买lottory差不
多。基本上你去一次能看到有7~8条鱼被挂上（还不是最后landing）,就已经是个good
day了。所以钓salmon要有平常心，贵在坚持。
从现在开始，salmon不再会越来越多起来；或者更准确地说鱼可能会更多，但bite会越
来越少，因为临近产卵，salmon会根本不吃东西。同时身上再不是那种银亮亮的而是变
得黑不溜秋破破烂烂的，肉质也变糟了（产完卵他们就死了）。这是为什么允许snag。
相比，trout会好一些，只是在waukegan，trout还是远少于salmon的。往年salmon
season也就到10月中，今年虽然9月很热季节开始得晚，但看样子结束未必会晚。所以
，有兴趣者赶紧抓紧时间。
我周五下午或周六早晨（看天气）可能会再去一趟，也许今年最后一次了。有兴趣我们

nice action for anglers, with good reports from the Shetucket River,
Naugatuck River and Crystal Lake (lots of jumping salmon, at least eight 2-5
lb salmon weighed-in recently here). No reports yet from Mount Tom Pond.
Anglers may also occasionally find a salmon in two other lakes, Mashapaug
Lake and Beach Pond (each stocked with 200 salmon in April, 2009).

发帖数: 5457 | 41 线断也有可能是接头断，所以并不一定是线不行，也许结没有绑好，或者拉的方式不对。
如果只是在JP钓，完全没有必要装braid，一般的mono就足够了。现在上大鱼的机会少
，以你们现在的钓法，上salmon的机会基本是0，所以完全没有必要因为JP还有几条
salmon剩下，就装braid。如果真想钓salmon，哪天见面我可以告诉你用什么，但是我
从来没钓到过。
一般6－8磅的mono，只要不是陈年老线，足够对付JP 95％的鱼了。即使上了salmon，8
lb的mono也足够对付16 lb的salmon了。一来现在的salmon都已经很弱了，二来braid
必须要加leader，但是如果结绑的不好，更容易脱结跑鱼，往往效果还不如直接6－8
lb的mono。
但是如果海钓，这30 lb的线估计还能派上不少用场。 |

上周也去Alaska治疗一下鱼瘾过大的问题，疗效非常不错，回家几天了，还没有提起兴
趣去钓鱼。
第一天， harding icefield trail。往返8.6mile，海拔4000+ feet，我们花了6个
半小时搞定。

第二天， kenai fjord tour。
出海看看冰川，看看海，看看瀑布，看看鲸鱼，看看puffin，看看otter，顺便打个小
盹，也算是惬意的一天。
第三天， 疗程一，深海砸地球。
买的鱼证总算开始使用上了。我们上的船也是miller landing，前一天下午还去看了一
下收获，确实不咋地，因此我们的预期也放的很低。确实如poof所说，bottom fishing
比较boring，也就是1lb的铅坠钓400feet+的海底，放线都需要放很久，收线也是收很
长时间。挂上flounder都没有感觉到fight。虽然很boring，还是有action的，也钓到
了新鱼种。

edit： 目标重新设定在138磅。10月底到达吧。
8个月第一次重新开是跑步，身高5'10"， 体重170，目标145，时间3个月。
edit：差了心率表，偶近八个月没跑步了不是4个月，看了理想身材，从新把目标设在
145了。

心跳（avg）：163bpm
速度: 13:31 per mi
热量消耗：620cal。忙活一个小时，大概也就是2罐可乐的热量。
速度低，且心跳偏高了，刚开始，下次估计还不如这个，慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭，加2个小面包，4个小时之后去跑步的。

为公民推出了健康饮食建议系列。相关新闻公告说，奥巴马总统夫人为这个系列充当了

State/BC, Norway and Chilly. It has been documented that Chilly salmon
contains least amount of PCB, the main concern for farm raised salmon.
