第五页是acylcarnitine specimen取样。这个实验要在病人危机的时候取样。
我给的证据是icu医生密切监视血糖，不再危机的时候取样，而是在正常后4小时取样。
这样病人死了后就可以用这个正常的结果说， 病人没有这个病。
这个lab误导了其他医生，看第10页。
很多东西比你想想的隐晦。 我开头就说我们的思维都是限制在先入为主的地方，总是
条条框框。这里不是串改记录， 而是串改血液。。。。。 医生这么做杀手应该这么被
抓是第一个。我从来没有听说过。
还有就是这三个东西很关键。你感兴趣看看。谢谢
其实关键的证据我尽可能都放在明显的地方，可是还是没有人看。有的嫌我唠叨麻烦不
给证据，有的说你啥也不说，给个图片别人懂啥。。

是西雅图的原切片，但是是同一个specimen上切下来的。 他只做过一次biopsy。
我都知道你会说啥了。我问过dr. sheil,我问她是不是如果要故意掩盖诊断，总能找到
一块steatosis比较少的照片，她说是的。后来cchmc把病理报告重新写了。
MGH收到8个slides，一个是染色的， 另外7个是没有染色的。他们是根据这个做出判断
的。
大家看了，，然后能不能给个评判，象陪审团？谢谢
所有的病理都是基于唯一的一次biopsy，就是13年4月份那次。

地说了很多，当我问他/她怎么区分fibrosisi是新还是旧的时候，彻底走了。
难道没有人关心活检？
活检最贵，intrusive，但是我们的到的资料最少。龙龙因为凝血因子的问题，活检是
打开两个口取的样品。
活检有如下一些通用的规定：
1 如果有黄疸，必须取两个，一个用来酶活性或其他检测
2 specimen应该不低于2mm，保证够用
3 这种当天做的必须由有经验的人看片子
因为一直查不到原因， 医生说让最有经验的病理医生看片子。
就这些，中间手续的资料我们要了。一个都没有人给。如果有人能帮忙拿出来一点点，
可能就说明问题了。
如果谁怀疑这件事情，在哪里。我们尽可能提供更多的资料。如果实在不行，我们也没
有办法了，因为继续要任何资料都拿不出来。就算有人想帮忙可能都不行了。估计医院
都毁掉了。最后就是你是否相信。
能把所有资料都看完的。我们非常感谢。不管你信不信，你提的意见我们一定好好斟酌
如何写得能说服更多的人相信这件事情。 |

他说成功取到两个specimen，
但是后来他的记录从来没有写两个。上面手写的都是我夫人跟外科医生交谈的记录。
他取出来的送给pathology lab的是2mm
而lab记录的是1.3mm
记录这个的医生initial 是(MA)
有权力取消实验的lab头目的名字缩写也是MA |

您的描述的确让人理解有点困难。总体的印象是医院应该有一定的诊疗失误，所以很早
就提出给您法律服务。但是您要么是不信任医院提供的律师，要么是交流有障碍，或者
您期待医院承担超出他们失误范围的责任，当时没有立刻file法律程序。现在一方面过
了追诉期，另一方面，按您所说的，医院最大的失误是长时间fasting和后来没有使用
正确奶粉造成肝脏损伤。即使当时立即起诉，医院的责任也是有限的。因为没有办法证
明肝脏衰竭完全是由于在医院的饮食引起的，病理的报告倾向于慢性病变的急性恶化。
现在您的宝宝，按您的描述又健康发育良好，所以这次诊疗失误的后果更加微化了。至
于酶活性报告，基因检测，即使证明了宝宝有基因缺陷导致脂肪代谢障碍，作为急诊医
生，没有看到确诊报告之前作出的诊疗判断并没有太大过失。
我很同情您的遭遇，但是目前看来打官司对您有利地证据很不足。至于您说的几家医院
联合起来造假欺骗，我不敢给他们打保票，但是真的可能性不大啊。且不说这么联合造

但是病理的片子不是你拿到手就立刻能看。从biopsy做完，拿到标本，住院医gross完

天。除非他们是做的冰冻切片。但是gross description里清楚写着the specimen is
received in formalin，所以不可能是冰冻切片。biopsy的标本很小，还夹着血块和其
它组织，在gross的时候不太可能看出什么的。你认为医生看到病理以后为了掩盖过失
立刻cancel 尿检应该不可能的。

我没有说能看到纤维化。
应该是早一天知道这个病。看到伤得太厉害就打算不救了，推一把换掉肝算了。这是医
生的思路。
一个是颜色
一个是是否断 断就是伤得非常重了.
所以只要看到肝脏基本就确认脂肪酸代谢病以及伤到什么程度了。
所以病理提供的信息就不对多了，只能是说不是这个不是那个。。。就是肝本身应该没
有病，怎么会受伤这么重？

中国医生最少，最便宜。
日本中等。
美国最多，最贵。
我们宝宝出事故， icu医生马上就知道怎么回事， 否则怎么掩盖？
然后肝脏， 病理， 代谢科都知道， 取消lab, 换病理医生作假。。。
到外州， 看一次就知道出什么问题了， 都不给诊断。。。
。。。
我筛查了这么多州， 得到的结论是美国的医生训练质量非常非常好。绝对超过你们的
想象。 问题是出在医生们不敢给诊断。
local的病人可能不太一样。到外州，医生挑得也是好的， 医生也是抖擞精神显示，所
以我们宝宝的病医生基本都是一看就知道了。
当地的医生我认为很差，比如测lab。我可以有好几个lab测， 医生他妈的竟然建议每
次测一个， 一个一个。。。 所以我特明白医生怎么挣钱。而外地的ohio医生， 一次
gene和enzyme都给做了， 考虑我们外地的， 中午吃饭时间给我们孩子取skin
specimen。
医生坏了心越多越糟糕。
美国的问题是医生成了黑社会。 |

利了。很震惊不解啊。后来看到他们做的项目报告了，使用的方法，仪器，测试
specimen 都是照着我的博士论文几乎copy下来的。他们在另一个方面做了些改进。但
是申请专利的题目却是我提出的方法的名字。乍一看，别人还以为他们是这个方法的发
明者呢。
跟我们学校专利office的人联系了，看看怎么办。也跟我博士老板联系，看要不要原来
学校出面交涉。
发现我们过去几年做的东西，若是真想申请专利，估计2-3个应该有了。我跟我老板这
方面都比较懒，发篇文章就拉倒了。倒是别人看到我们研究的重要前景，拿着去申请
