我两次都是C的.第一次是催没催出来,娃太大,emergency C的.是个印度医生.那天就她
值班,给我肚子上乱订一堆,疤痕大,丑,因为labor到开十指,push三小时,发烧,又开刀,
恢复慢,头一两周很痛苦.另外临时抓来麻醉师,epidural就扎了两次(不算第一针局麻),
手术前的spinal也弄了两次.痛苦.
第二次我schedule C的,39周.找了这家最好的OB,一切都按部就班,没受罪,麻醉什么都
很顺利,缝合的伤口很好,大疤痕都给切掉重新缝的.恢复也好多了,比第一次快多了.
唯一头疼的是俩娃难搞. |

不是很抵制麻醉，但还是有些担心epidural的副作用，特别是自从看了一篇男孩的自闭
症与生产中应用epidural的关系的医学研究报告之后，不管报告的可信度如何，准妈妈
的心里难免有所担心。另外，有10%的准妈妈上了epidural后会有严重的spinal cord
headache，据说也是相当的疼啊。还有就是，想到硬脊膜外注射，心里有些小怕。不用
epidural的优点就是，产后恢复的快。 |

1. 呼吸法很有用，孕后期可以练练。身体条件允许的话，孕期多活动还是很有好处的
；虽然未必能生的快，产后会恢复得比较快。
2. 颠球对我来说似乎有利于开指。疼的厉害的时候可以多试几种放松办法，比如敷冷
毛巾，泡热水浴。
3. push的时候，每次宫缩刚开始的时候先不要急着用力，深呼吸几下等个几秒到宫缩
高潮的时候再开始push。 这是后来帮我接生的ob指点我的，我感觉确实这样比较有效
生孩子的过程挺像长跑比赛，一开始总是轻松的，慢慢会到一个你觉得快熬不住的时刻
，坚持一下，到你看到终点就在眼前时会忽然来了力量还能冲刺一下。不同的是，长跑
比赛你大概知道等待自己的是什么，生孩子的过程却有许多的未知。。。
1月16号due date，从1月2号到1月17号期间三次产检都是开一指，但一直没有发动的迹
象，没有明显感觉到过宫缩，只是偶尔肚子有发紧的感觉。17号跟ob商量后约了22号去
医院上软化宫颈的药，23号催产。
后来虽然天天散步1小时，直到22号仍旧没有动静。22号下午4点多去医院，内检仍是1

料到，写出来给即将和宝宝见面的准妈妈。
40周最后一次产检的时候才开了一指，不过宫颈软化程度很好，医生也比较乐观。预产
期前一天夜里一点去卫生间，发现有红色，之前做过功课，知道是mucus plug掉了，也
就不着急。难以判断的情况是后来出了一些清澈的液体，很少，不知道是不是羊水破了
，开始在网上搜索羊水破了的症状，还是难以定夺。外面风雨大作，焦虑地等到早晨六
点，决定去医院，哪怕弄错了再被赶回来也比耽误了好。到医院六点半，一检查，果然
是破了，立刻安排进产房催产。
催产素打了一上午，只开了两指。医生建议打麻药，这样身体放松容易开指。我立刻就
同意了，虽然当时还不怎么疼。打上麻药之后立刻就舒服了，暖融融地想睡觉。迷糊了
几个小时，中间又检查一次开了四指。打麻药之后连检查开指都不疼了。下午五点十指
全开，护士开始准备生产，很快就让push。push也不疼，就是要使劲。使了半天劲，小
宝还没出来，已经大出血了，护士就去喊医生。男医生力气大些，宝爸也在旁边帮忙使

可以做cvs的排到12wk6d才有，一天做完counselling，NT，blood和CVS。晚不晚呢？
另一家可以11wk做NT，但是不能做CVS，怀疑也得另外refer到第一家做CVS。CVS必须是
counselling之后才可以。
如果12周六天做NT和CVS都不晚的话就约一家比较方便了。
怎么样才好？
另外说CVS不能看brain和spinal 因为太早，N能做这部分排查吗？或者后面的大B超？

位置，第二针进去了位置还是不对，epidual药不起作用。接着来了另外一个麻醉师，
又重新找位置，接下来给我扎了5-6针，还是没找到，我已经开到9.5指了，麻醉师立即
给我上了spinal shot, 之后我疼痛减少，但现在问题来了，一个月了，我的腰部还是
青的，还很痛。求助大家，我现在是打电话给妇产科医生怎么缓解还是该联系麻醉科？
可以要求补偿吗？ |

动，分享产经，申请版标，每次都能和很多妈妈们互动，交流经验，学到很多东西，现
在很是怀念。
忍不住这次再分享一下我的非典型产经，也算是最后一次总结收尾，希望被轻拍。

楼主情况有特别性，楼主是学医的。上次发产经时还在做Fellow，现在已经是妇产科里
的专科大夫。以前也提过，经历了residency和fellow，满眼看到的都是同事们如何的
“女汉子”，而且在怀孕和maternity这方面，医学专业向来是待遇比较差的。楼主生
大宝时也算是坚持到最后一天，对我来说只要孕期没什么大问题，能坚持就坚持， 主
要心里有数就行。
话说去年楼主新工作开始，趁着工作还不忙，就开始计划生老二的问题。提前几个月和
老公注意健身饮食，还有和大宝灌输要给他个弟弟或妹妹的想法。觉得各方面条件基本
进入正轨了，就停了避孕，做了年检，正式备孕。。。
因为大宝花了半年才备孕成功（可能是因为夜班太多，生活不规律），本来准备再来个
6个月计划，谁知道第二个月就中了！记得自己在坐在门诊室里，和我的妇产大夫哭笑

我把自己的经验写出来，供需要的jm参考。一家之言，挑对你有帮助的看就好。
攒点rp，希望宝宝快点重新吃奶瓶。
我自己的情况：
老大，6年前，在中西部，农村。我和lg双PHD（两人的老板都很nice），自己坐月子。
老公偶尔去实验室，大部分都在家。
老二，2011年，在加州。我和lg都工作，老大上一年级，自己坐月子。老公第二周回去
上班，但是他负责老大的接送（有时请朋友帮忙接）。
两次都是剖腹。
首先，我同意，女人能善待自己还是要善待自己。有愿望有条件的，请月嫂，请家人，
请保姆；有愿望没有条件的，创造条件请。
其次，提醒一下，事先和老公沟通好。比较娇惯自己的，需要老公的配合；不娇惯自己
的，要让老公意识到并且appreciate。
再者，思想上准备好，自己坐月子要辛苦一些。所以不重要的事情别在意，比如不用每
周吸尘，每顿洗碗。月子里有摩擦，也正常，尽量吵的快，忘的快。反复思量，只会让
大家越来越不爽。
最后，也是很重要的，always have a alternative plan! 因为你不知道会有什么意想
不到的事情发生。

不信。
匿名检举邮件称，河南新乡医学院药学院现任院长杨俊把陈宙峰曾经发表在《自然》杂
志上的一篇文章“PS”上自己的名字后，附在其简历中，牟取利益。且有确切材料为证。

，这可是第8周的，貌似与搪塞无关的检测，说说这贵的几项的账单吧：
1. fragile X carrier screen, charges $669, 我要pay的 $334.50
2. cystic fibrosis 97, charges $525，我要pay的 $262.50
3. spinal muscular atrophy, charges $1050, 我要pay的 $525.00
这三项贵的加起来一共我要pay $1122.00.
请问大家怀孕是的第一次血检账单上也是这些项目么？是必须做的么？
我没有经验，第一次去见ob，ob叫去隔壁的那个lab验血，就去了……然后也不知道做
了什么，然后就是收到我要交的1300多的账单，上面是最贵的三项测试。
我想彻底整明白了，所以问问大家……

spinal muscular atroply 医生说只能活到一岁。孩子很可怜，但是有一点希望家里也
不想放弃，所以听说美国的加州干细胞公司（CSC）正在研究，不知道结果怎么样。表
姐哭着跪求我找人问问哪有治疗的，哪怕是能拖延活的时间,可以等新药研制出来也行,
让她的孩子当实验品她都愿意,现在只能死马当活马医了
虽然我身在加州，可是对这个一点了解也没有，所以想让大家帮我出出主意给我些信息

发帖数: 54 | 36 前景好像不是很乐观，从Project Cure Spinal Muscular Atrophy网页上可以了解到（http://www.projectcuresma.org/criteria.asp），只有Carni-Val Type 1接受两周到9个月的病人进行测试（符合你表姐孩子的情况）。但是由于患者身体的问题，不适宜长距离的旅行，所有要求就近就医。现在这个program一共有9个合作地点，除了一个在德国，一个在阿根廷，其余都在美国...

肉无力。会影响到全身各个肌肉，包括呼吸肌。需要考虑后续的治疗以及费用，还有对

我已经很久很久不发帖了，自从我女儿确诊以后，我就再没有心思在网上发帖和回帖了
。这几天看了一些关于残疾孩子和流产的帖子，我忍不住想说几句我自己的经历，也算
是一种倾诉吧。
我女儿快三岁了，又漂亮又聪明，可是，她不会走路，而且永远也不会。她患有SMA (
Spinal Muscular Atrophy) 。这是一种genetic disorder，由于基因缺失身体无
法制造一种蛋白，严重影响她的运动神经元和所控制的肌肉，导致肌张力低下。SMA是
一种罕见病，发病率仅为万分之一，由于我和我老公都是携带者（我们都不知道，也没
有家族史），我们的孩子有四分之一的几率患病，我的女儿很不幸。
但是幸运的是，我的女儿不是最严重的情况。Type 1，也就是最严重的情况，孩子一般

不给报，自己要出上千！
我们当时那个counselor说combined screening老婆做几十，我做3，4百。咋就变成这
么多了，难道年中改了什么政策吗？
一共做了12个，我列一下bloom syndrome, canavan disease, cystic fibrosis,
familial dysautonomia, fanconi anemia type c, fragile x syndrome, gaucher
disease, hb beta chain-related hemoglobinopathy, hexosaminidase a deficiency
, mucolipidosis V, niemann-pick disease, spinal muscular atrophy
有没有同样做过的兄弟姐妹，帮忙看看你们的Test report，是不是也是这么多测试和
全部是自己付啊？ |

ruptured disc, sending Kerr into a downward spiral of headaches, fatigue and
other ailments. He allows that much even while preferring to stay away from
specifics about the recovery not yet complete. |

ICU... Two fractures around
cheekbone, one fracture on the neck, and one fracture in C1. 15-20 stitches
around left eye... Fucking insane. Plastic surgeon sewed me up like magic and told me i will look as handsome as
before, hoho.
Thank god, no spinal cord damages. Otherwise, i could have died on the spot or be paralyzed from the neck down...
Promised myself no more crits... Simply not worth it.

is a popping rod, but few people use it for popping AND jigging. Tuna Sniper
is 8'6". It is a good popping rod for tuna under 100# in GOM. For tuna up
to 200#, you may want to go a shorter rod, 7'6" Ocean Extrem 60-80. Ocean
Extreme 80-120 is for giant BFT. Spinal 8' popping rod is a monster for long
casting. But it is more expensive than OTI rod. I bought my OTI rod for its
