Good samaritan laws protect against common negligence when rendering
assistance, not gross negligence. Moving a seriously injured person without
proper equipment while no imminent danger exist is gross negligence. |

发帖数: 29576 | 11 从习平时下蹲和就坐的姿势来看，腰不太好比较僵硬，可能是年轻下乡干农活搞坏了，
很多人长期坐姿不对上了年纪也会这样。
腰间盘突出，可能平时没什么疼痛，但如果用力过猛号称扭了腰，可能突然导致间盘压
迫神经，spinal disc herniation，疼痛难忍，严重会暂时下身不遂。
有的人养养吃点steroid会好点，但根治得动手术，太子这个估计是动手术，用螺丝固
定了腰椎，一般人术后恢复很痛苦，10天左右躺在床上是必需的。
看来太子是游泳引起腰间盘发作，9月初动了手术，本来预计到9/10能见丹麦洋牛，结
果看术后恢复又没把握见不了。
也就下礼拜吧，太子应该能出来见客了。

不信。
匿名检举邮件称，河南新乡医学院药学院现任院长杨俊把陈宙峰曾经发表在《自然》杂
志上的一篇文章“PS”上自己的名字后，附在其简历中，牟取利益。且有确切材料为证。

但中间有些错误，有可能是后来几经修改，或者录入电脑的时候出错的——毕竟那时候
一般人都不用电脑，大部分的写作都是写在纸上的，不大可能那个美国人写成
soft copy给贝的，因此存在一个录入错误的可能性。

：胎儿心跳跟epidural没关联，epidural不是肌肉或者静脉注射，是打到脊柱和脊髓之
间的CSF里的，属于局部麻醉，心跳减缓是因为Oxytocin等静脉注射速度太快造成的，但
：Oxytocin速度减慢又会影响宫缩，所以很多医生就放弃了 |

也就是旁观者看到女性当事人生理上呈现 sexually aroused，但实际上更可能是强东
用酒精抑制了女性当事人 prefrontal cortex 所导致的生理反应，而不是真正意义上
的 sexually aroused。外加强东还不时地用咸猪手 stimulate 女性当事人的 female
erogenous zone。
当然强东是老手惯犯是没跑了。否则也不敢在大庭广众之下这么干。
