Let's first assume your documents can be proved to be real.
But your sentence itself already proved it can't be true. Since the 30
million death figure was a calculated difference between the "would have
been" population and the "recorded" population. This calculation did not
take into account of the much lower birth rate during the time of famine.
Thus, a lot of this 30 million dead people were never born to begin with.
