这道题不是单纯作对就好的。那里贴出的解法有些值得商榷的地方。我这里谈谈个人见
解供大家参考。
从Java的角度看这道题可以有三个考点：
对Java Synchronization and Concurrency的掌握
基本的Coding Style，要能扩展,不能写spaghetti code
有把握的话可以讨论一下Lock Free Synchronization. 这题理论上只用AtomicInteger
也行。

最基本的，如果不考虑 writer blocked by reader -> starvation, 感觉用一个
mutex 控制 counter 就够了。
fair 一点，用２个 mutex. |

俺曾经买过肉很多很甜的，也买过肉比较松不太好吃的，但是不知道怎么挑。
查了一下喂鸡，跟大家分享一个挑温哥华蟹的技巧：

catch & release了, 我没有兴趣了。
UTAH的规则让人抓狂，好钓的鱼limit特别低，像trout，tiger muskie, 不好钓的鱼,
比如walleye，每天可以keep 10条。 空头人情, NND气死你!
不过UT还有一个更远的地方可以keep一条40寸以上的，比starvation还远。 |

，在rockport钓过小嘴，在matuna钓过大嘴，在lake powell拉过striper，在温泉关钓
过crappie，在starvation屠过perch窝，其他什么rainbow trout，whitebass,channel
catfish，bullhead，bluegill，green sunfish，carp也拉过钓过，很想念享受那些和
新老战友们在各种天气，各种条件，各种状态下奋战拉鱼回家做鱼的乐趣，虽偶有空杆，
有渔友相伴，却也是野趣十足，其中不乏一些在这里十分活跃的utah鳟鱼班的同学老师
们，我则是万年潜水员。
来到Irvine快一年了，期间去过一次钓鱼船，钓了些rockfish，可惜size太小（嘴可不
小），还有一条不小的sand bass，可惜还是不合规格，带了两条那种银蓝色的Ma....
什么鱼回家，烧的腥气四溢，无法入嘴，兴趣索然。
最近又兴起了学钓海鱼的劲头，希望能在这里找到一些愿意一起玩儿的渔友，由于我的

Stock的rainbow, 人多鱼也多，非常好钓. 6月换成catfish, 秋天又换trout. provo和
weber river更好钓，365天都可以钓，找到hotspot需要自己花点时间。east canyon和
rockport也不远。草莓湖有点远，starvation更远了，水域太大都不好搞。uinta
mountain lakes有很多小湖鱼多的变态。 |

我想, Rule #1 is every person is different.
第一个考虑是, how long will you do the exercises?
一般早上 10-20 min exercises, 一般的你基本上还是消耗你的glycogen reserves
stored in muscle and liver cells.
但是30-40 min exercises 以上的运动, 如果你不吃一点儿容易消化吸收的东西, 大多
数人会进入Starvation mode去burn your fat.
第二个考虑是, how old are you? How strong is your heart?
大多数人早上的血压比较高, 所以老年人,特别是心脏不好的,不建议早上做剧烈运动.
但是如果你想做Cardio training, 早上是个good timing.
第三个考虑是, What is your exercise target?
如果你想做一个30-40 min exercises 以上的运动去减肥, 你最好不要吃含糖的东西.

I used to run 10~20 min in the morning very fast and uphill. One reason is
I don't have a chunk of 30-40 min in the morning and it is hard for me to
get up very early as well.
For most people, it is easy for them to enter starvation mode in the
morning when they do exercises before breakfast because normally they
don't eat real food in their night/morning dreaming.

重点后面， “highly endergonic”。还是我刚刚说的，人体总是最有效率的工作，这
条PATHWAY很复杂，gluconeogenesis是glycogenesis不够用才用的。 |
