所谓饭碗，而非职业，就是因为这份工作是在算不上什么career，连饭碗做的都很不称
职。
先从我小时候8起吧。
我就想所有祖国长大的菇凉们一样，学习优秀，但是没有钻研的动力，甚至上了大学还
懒惰了，宁可钻研一些数学问题，也不能够很好面对自己人生中的其他问题。这其实是
一种逃避责任和懒惰，用“学习”当借口，用"steep learning curve"当推托，以来逃
避自己作为成人该协调的人际关系，琐碎事情和各种责任。
就这样，我很自然的学了数学，对热门的电脑，工程看都没看。后来添加了金融，也不
过是因为05年这金融的阴风刮得够恨，作为一个对于相对来说新的主修，我还是关注了
一下的。
然而，在面试的时候，我悲剧了。
作为录取会计的公司，我的学历太过数学，作为录取精算的公司，我的背景又不够强大

而这种缺陷很难改变，就是所谓“硬伤”。
有硬伤的房子，比较难卖，应该是在同一Neighborhood里价格相对便宜的

Yes, basement door has similar security concerns as first floor windows and
glass doors. What I meant is that the more weak points you have, the more
security issues you have to address, like better locks, more security camera
and motion sensors.
For a full walk out basement, it is hard for the lot not to be steep to have
a drop of a whole floor hight from the front to the back of the house. For
example, a drop of 8 feet over 20 feet leads to a slope of 22 degrees. It is

before you find out what's underneath , you don't want it further
complicated by tree roots.
Consider some water loving plants.
How steep is the slope? My guts feeling is you got a soil corrosion problem. |

But if the driveway is steep, pickup is probably what LZ need for winter
commuter in New England. Seriously, several friends told me their sedans can
't make it up the slope once frozen. SUV might do, but they don't want to
try their luck and simply go with pickups.
In that case, adding a snowplow is fine. But LZ better learns how to mount/
unmount it by himself, otherwise, the cost builds up quickly. |
