不多 annual 3%。 太低了， 等于刚好beat 通货膨胀率。 存银行10年期cd说不定

发帖数: 274 | 11 首先我认为不能把notes跟CD比，CD或者银行里面存的钱是有FDIC保证的，所以一般收
益低一些风险也低一些。比较合理的是跟指数基金比。我问过想卖这个给我的人，如果
市场跌了50%以上，而我买的这个notes的contingency是50%，那么notes到期的时候我
只有50%的value了，而如果我把钱放在股市里，至少可以选择不卖掉等它涨回来。她说
其实是一样的，因为假设你原来买了100块钱，你notes到期以后只剩40了，可以出来马
上投入股市，跟你原来买了100块钱的指数基金，跌到40块捂着不动等反弹是一样的收
益，我觉得她说的是对的。
structured notes很复杂是肯定的，我比较疑惑的是大部分中国人对它都很反感，是因
为觉得commission太高，不如自己投资，还是因为在这个上面吃过苦？我看网上文章上
说的那些缺点，比如upside有cap，那可以选个没有cap的notes，最大的风险应该就是
发行行倒闭了，还有就是大部分卖notes的人不跟你说这个是没有分红的，相当于夸大
了notes的实际效果。 |

候，如果发现有相同的string存在过，就把原来的那个bit set为0，把新的bit set为1
，然后最后从头到尾扫一遍bitset，就可以得到最后的结果。不过这个提法跟你的提法
可能会适用于不同的地方，如果原数组的重复的string很少，可能这个会更好，因为
sorting一般会nlogn的时间，这个是线性的；不过如果重复的多的话，sorting会更划
算，比如如果10000个数组最后可能只有100个unique的，显然遍历一遍也要花10000，
但是sorting比这个快。 |

没有，一切都是正常现象。我老现在有点迷茫了，不同的人看相同的东西，难道都可以
这么不一样么。
有经验的人指点一下，这里面可能有猫腻吗？我们的agent很着急催着我们close，一拿
到报告就要给贷款方发信，说这种professional contractor都有integrity，他们的专
业判断我们应该相信。 |

agent吧。尤其你已经对他不信任。听着像是串通似的.... 至少听着是你觉得他们串通
