检查的engineer说地基没问题，但是房顶可能有问题， 有一片是凹进去的。
我说我已经请了inspector来检查房顶了。 他说inspector检查房顶说有结构问题， 还
是得找他，到时候他单独来一次，要350.然后他说今天给我一起检查，只要150. 因为
我时间紧，想来回折腾不划算，就做了。
后来我想， structure engineer检查地基本来就包括屋顶吧。因为我inspector告诉我
屋顶有可能是被风吹的，也可能是地基变动引起的。 这个人都检查了地基了，已经知
道屋顶没问题了，为什么还多收我这么多钱。 收了150， 爬到阁楼10分钟就检查完了
。
我这是被骗了吗？ |

Harvard世界上最伟大的历史学家,
薪水完全可能是50名以后烂校经管类的教授的1/10.
教授年薪几十万的多的是.但那是某些专业.前几年UCLA要瓦丘成桐,
开的价钱不过也就20多万.可见,教授收入区别主要是专业不同.
structure把个"美国名校"教授多少多少钱挂嘴上,纯属搞笑. |

裂痕，虽然都是补好的，但inspector建议最好找个structure engineer看看地基有没
有问题，求推荐，最好可以cover worcester county.
