实，比如说台湾人不是中国人，台语不是汉语，但里边台独分子游行用的标语可都是规
规矩矩的正体字，而且从头到尾都在渴求美国的保护，影片结尾字幕还打上：”台湾目
前有23个邦交国，但美国不在其中。“
我只后悔没有早知道这部电影要上映，要不真应该上个月就去纽约跟影片主创人员舌战
去。这部电影还要在全美/加各地陆续上映，如果主演，制片人到场，希望有人前去与
其舌辩，并进行抵制。
我们总把祖国比作我们的母亲，现在有人直接往你妈脸上吐唾沫，你该怎么办？我直接
扭头打丫挺的。

congressional action to help underwater homeowners raises two questions.
If he already had the legal authority to take action, then why did he wait?
Some may frame the second question this way: does Obama's plan exceed his

面。
相关的是 515.329.b, Any person within the United States, 其定义在
515.330, 515.330.a.2 包括了 Any person actually within the United States。所
以当前的定义是包括非法移民的。这两条code都没有明确排出外交使节。因该是另有规
定。这个定义，多大程度上是14修划定的，并不明确。
515.329.a我的理解是公民，绿卡和公民不管人身在不在美国，都算subject to the
jurisdiction of the United States。
要排除任何非绿卡／非公民，需要修改515.330.a.2; 要排除绿卡，还需要修改515.329

1.law test完成后，会给你一张纸，证明你已经通过了。左上角有一个号码，这个就是你的learner's permit number。电话预约路考时会需要。另外，你也可以直接email MVA预约，当然写清楚个人信息，name, dob,等。。。不用非得去填写网上那个预约表格（我去填写，老说我DOB不对..）.
2.必须是MVA认证的翻译人员才行，因为翻译件上会有他们的印章。MVA网站上有联系方
式。
3. 买车用国内驾照就可以买，不过保险要贵些。好像是只有progressive卖这种情况的
？等你拿到驾照可以再换。
4.我和楼主的情况是一样的。用国内驾照在MD可以开车。不过鉴于前面在MD持国内驾照
开车被抓的例子，我又特意问了一下MVA,这是回复（从你搬到MD之日开始算起）：

好像是超过12mile就被photo record了。好惨。
我现在担心的是，我高速上经常超速的啊。平时跟着traffic，别的车都很快的啊。难
道整个高速上都有camera吗？很担心很多ticket在路上飞过来。。。。
怎么查自己到底有多少tickets outstanding呢？
是不是超速一定要在12mile以内呢？
好苦恼啊。不会开车了。。。。。 |

最近看有些教材说为了让读者尽快抓住要点，最好能系统的讲述若干要素。
我想知道，有没有人的statement of future research写成像公司的proposal那种，有
详细的subtitle，使用简洁的语言的那种，比如scientific background， potential
applications， current challenges，strength，institutional resource，funding
resource， potential collaboration 等等这样，把每个project都用统一的格式叙
述一遍呢？
