今天去RA 买了10个ficial tissue， 10 个single roll bath tissue， 5 个simplify
4pk bath tissue， 结账时用了5 off 25， 1 个UP，花了19刀的gift card， 只出了
20刀的UPs，今天customer service 不上班，问一下是simplify 4pk bath tissue 不
出UPs 呢，还是因为我用了5 off 25？

tissues that were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen, stored frozen, and ground or pulverized while it was frozen.
Without RNALater treatment and storage of mouse tissue in RNALater, I got
perfect total RNA from mouse tissues using the same RNA extraction method.
The quality of total RNA extracted from RNALater treated mouse tissues may

发帖数: 781 | 6 目前的protocol是切一小块tissue放到lysis buffer里homogenize，超声，冰上裂解之
后离心取上清测蛋白浓度。存在的主要问题有两个：一是tissue里的脂类成分离心完会
在上面漂着，很难除干净；二是在取tissue的时候有时会混有血导致最后得到的不同
sample的lysate颜色不一致，干扰浓度的测定。请问大家有什么好的经验解决这两个问
题？或者有没有更好的protocol？目前主要在提取mouse mammary gland的tumor
tissue，非常感谢！ |

好像很多人选择了CBR，ＯＢ又提到了VIACORD, LIFEBANK. 还有一个什么我忘了。
问题是现在离预产期只有１个月了（sandy 以来啥都顾不上了），不知道是否还来得及

tissue的性质决定了所用的技术和路子不一样，甚至很不一样；还有就是你的老板是打
算怎么engineer。
有的人认为这个事情得靠nanotechnology的发展来解决问题，这些主要是化学/材料的
人在干；另一部分人认为这个事情得靠stem cell的发展来解决问题，这些主要是生物/
医生的人在干。 |

在犹豫是用Trizol还是Qiagen RNeasy Protect Mini Kit，因为需要先取胚胎，然后
PCR鉴定genotype，之后才能决定需要做哪个，因此最好能将tissue保存一段时间。
Qiagen的kit里面有一个RNAlater RNA Stabilization Reagent，号称tissue放在里面
可以4度保存4周而RNA不被降解，真的这么安全么？有没有用过这个kit的朋友。
另外mRNA sequencing给的结果到底有多可信？定量分析怎么样？多谢。 |

比较常见的cancer，很容易有几百个patient的tissue array。
假如只是slide染色的话，价格还可以，test slides很便宜。假如要整个tissue block
的话，样品一多就很贵了，只好找collaborator了。
还有一些公司有cancer cDNA array |

我的建议是最好集中在某一个具体的产品，比如人造皮肤，比搞纯的平台技术要有前
途一些 |

什么药了。现在擦药第二天了，granulation tissue好像被烧烂了，阴道里烧了个小坑
。内裤上一直有褐色红色的粘液。
请问版上有过类似情况的mm吗？这样的褐色红色粘液什么时候才能干净？最后会留下很
大的伤疤吗？会不会影响夫妻生活？？
