You should stop blaming yourself. Like humans which I am familiar with,
there are many causes for an animal to get chronic renal failure (CRF),
including kidney infection. Judging from the age of your cat, it is unlikely
that the CRF is derived from eating pet food that was imported from China

1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

I bet it's living donor transplantation. So he just needed parts of the
liver from a living donor. Donation from a living donor will ensure a much
shorter wait. Plus basically patient with cancer in locations other than
just liver would be denied request for othotopic liver transplantation most
of the times, regardless of his financial status. |

lineage tracing是看的homeostasis, transplantation看的更类似于injury repair.
这两种过程里干细胞的来源，potential可以很不一致。相比下，lineage tracing研究

transplantation后的重建曾经是很多干细胞研究的金标准。但具有transplnation 后

Level I Trauma Center) is Baylor's teaching hospital. It is a county
hospital and many of its patients are uninsured or underinsured.
Methodist is a great place to work. I believe it has ranked the top 100

if patient is not candiate for bone marrow transplant then treat with
alklyzing chemo, melphalan plus prednsione, or even thalidomide plus
decadron,
if patient is candidate for bone marrow transplant then start non-alkylating
chemo for induction then proceed with transplant, sometimes they do double
transplant for better response though it's not curative but do increase
overall survival, |

maybe it's nonmyeloablative transplant,
my understanding is, and correct me if i'm wrong, that allogenic transplant
could be quite toxic in elderly patients, mostly from the myeloablative
chemo prep, so instead, you transplant the cells without high dose intense
chemo as a prep, and the recipient would have both donor cells and his or
her own cells in there, hoping the donor cells will do the trick, at least
slow down the underlying leukemic process, then you can consider allogenic
transplant a |

indicated. 5y overall survival is 20% even with bone marrow transplant.
However, the tyrosine kinase inhibitor such as gleevac (imatinib) completely
changed the disease. In Children's oncology group study, daily gleevac +
chemotherapy, 3 year overall survial is 80%, bone marrow transplant is no
longer recommended in Ph+ ALL patient. Slow reduction of WBC or residual
