不过和你说的也不矛盾。因为粮食估产从无到有，1970年开始的原因是不小心贱卖了,
后来1979年的禁运倒不是因为估产估计到了，而是因为阿富汗战争。

steel factories can go bankcrupcy, can this happen in any other coutry which
was an important player? Up to penicillin, chinese actually made it

发帖数: 7244 | 17 TG 48年底刚开始发行人民币的时候，也是恶性通胀啊，49年解放区的物价上涨了70多
倍， 所以TG 也是利用通胀来解决军事需要，并且也是强行禁止外币和金银的流通，但
是 TG 挺过来了，打败了KMT。恢复了和平以后：
1） TG default 了几乎所有欠西方各国的外债，宣布这些外债（还有一部分以前没有
赔完的赔款）无效，反正 TG 的援助是从 USSR 来的，西方各国也无可奈何；（不过
TG 欠英国的一部分债，80年代的时候还是还了，否则英国不许 TG 在英国发行新的
bond，但是欠美国的外债彻底赖掉了，记得美国一个法院以国家主权豁免为由，不受理
美国债权人对于中国的债务起诉。）
2）战争结束了，军队大量复原，一方面减少了国家的财政开支，另一方面大量劳动力
解甲归田，从事生产，扩充国家的经济收入；
TG从50年开始控制通胀，55年币制改革的时候，新币和旧币的兑换比例是 1:10000，可
见55年以前 TG 发行了多少人民币啊。
所以这文章没道理啊，要不怎么解释解放战争末期 TG 这边的通胀？归根到底还是 KMT
那边烂透了，不能总用很傻很天真来给 KMT 开脱啊 |

从7月25日到11月18日，斯大林格勒方面军，东南方面军，顿河方面军，一共损失
643842人，其中323586人阵亡伤死失踪或者被俘，负伤或者生病319986人。
加上沃罗涅日方面的损失的话，694108人阵亡伤死失踪或者被俘，负伤或者生病517811
人。如果按照1：3的伤亡比的话，阵亡应该是20万左右。

残部被组织来了，
维亚济马，布良斯克口袋的战果没德国人战时宣传的那么大，67.3W人被俘，要是这样
的话加上KIA,MIA,WIA，伤亡很可能接近80W。按照Glantz的估计，伤亡49.9万人。英国
人Geoffrey Jukes2002年的书估计俘虏了51.4W人，算上毙伤接近60W人。按照Losses
of the armed forces of the USSR in wars, combat actions, and military
conflicts", Moscow: Voenizdat,1993，在莫斯科战役防御阶段（1941 Sep 30-Dec 5
），俄军战死及失踪514338，负伤143941，共65.8w人，考虑到在莫斯科近郊的激烈战
斗，包围圈里损失50W，圈外损失16W人是个比较合理的数字。
125W人损失了40%，但是1993年发布的这个统计：参战人数包括战斗部队与非战斗部队,
