可是年龄越大，吃的不变，但体重却越来越高。
这次想比较郑重的减肥，目标是减到110磅。开始125磅，5个星期减了4.5磅。但是从两
个星期前好像变得越来越难减。
week 1, lost 1 pound
week 2, lost 1.25 pound
week 3, lost 1 pound
week 4, lost 0.75 pound
week 5, lost 0.5 pound
现在每天热量用lose it控制在1100卡一下，而且从week 4开始一天运动30分钟，run
4mile on cross trainer. 2 days in week 4, 5 days in week 5.但是效果根本不好
。
我很想每星期减1磅，但是不知道还能怎么控制，或者加运动？

is good enough for vegetable. Did you see any vegetable with root longer

I have 红豇豆 苦瓜 红菜苔, 茼蒿 for exchange. all them were brought from
China this year. Also I have quite a few packs of salad mix (got from store
here) if someone wants.
I want especially 莴笋, and will be happy to have 中国萝卜, 香菜, and other
Chinese leaf vegetables if you like to share.

这是俺第一次成功地做成象模象样的油条，参考了许多人的方子，总结出这样一个方子
。这下好了，以后馋油条，那都是分分钟搞定的事。
1 1/2 cups 牛奶
1 tablespoon 糖
3 teaspoons baking powder （包装上没写不含铝，所以多少含一点铝）
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons 盐
4 cups all－purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Vegetable oil for deep fry
1．在大容器里，倒入牛奶，糖，baking powder，baking soda，盐，搅拌5分钟，应该
会看到有泡泡生成。
2．倒入面粉，搂成均匀的面团后，薄膜或湿布盖好，放在室温下30分钟。
3．搂面团5分钟，再盖再醒30分钟。
4．搂面团，将面团里的气泡挤出，搂成光滑面团，表面摸一层蔬菜油。
5．盖好，密封，放在温暖的地方4个小时或过一夜。
6．取出面团，切大块，压成面皮，切成小条，两条重叠，筷子中间一压。
