反式脂肪酸由於分子的極性較大，油分子之間的互相吸引力較強，所以在常溫下 ( 25
℃ ) 是固態，相當穩定。
而原本的大豆油、玉米油這些植物油，在常溫下比較不穩定，呈液態。

harder and longer.
Brita slim pitcher (~$10) should be a very easy option for you for drinking
and cooking. A filter can last 2-3 months and costs about $4/each for a 10-
pack in Costco when on sale. It removes 93% of the lead and >75% of the
Chlorine.

food. So I guess this helps her to recover.
But anyway, a hump like egg is not good. Keep close check about it.
I think for her disease, because it is related to digestion part, so too
much meat and milk may not be good for her. Lower salt, fresh fluit and
vegetables, Lingzhi (Reishi) will be good for her. Try Spirulina (from
NowFood brand), Maitake products from PuritanPrides might help.

Don't "烫过再切碎再挤干水分", especially for kids.
Because this process damages most nutrition in vegetables.
The less processing steps and time the better. ( "偷懒" on this is a good
thing.)
So "馄饨" and meatballs are better choices, especially if served together
with chopped and cooked vegetables. (Our babies are old enough for chopped
veges now.) Steam, boil, light fry and even microwave are good methods.)

years old and eats a small amount of everything, especially fruits and
vegetables. You can find Culturelle on Amazon or in pharmacy but only Amazon
has chewable tablets. Other forms are capsule and powder but my son loves

My pediatrician also recommended to constantly give him juice since he does
not eat much fruits and vegetables. He like "Blue Machine" Naked juice. Real

job. Basically he does not do any housework and is not around most of time.
I have a full-time job. The only thing I did to save time is cutting the
