觉得生活真美好呀真美好。。。
第一个昨天的，口味超级好的。。。巧克力waffle~
方子用的alton brown超经典的

用了1/3的量，做了大概2个半巴掌大的waffle，一家三口吃正好
我用的是dutch process的可可粉，很香，味道也特别好
我喜欢可可和巧克力的苦味，觉得很清香，所以都没有浇枫糖浆
这个好吃是很好吃，吃完也觉得蛮饱，但是很快就又饿了
于是今天早上做了一个杂粮的，是我根据家里有的材料原创的方子
半杯（60）克全麦面粉
1/4杯（26克）flaxseed meal
1/4杯（30克）燕麦粉 （oat flour）
2小勺 baking powder
1/2小勺 baking soda
1/2小勺 盐
1小勺糖（不放也可以）
搅拌均匀
如果面粉有结块现象的话，过筛
4oz 苹果酱（apple sauce）
半杯牛奶
一个鸡蛋
打匀之后和干料一起拌匀成为batter

心血来潮的购物结果,可用得还不错. 今早晨,我跟刚睁眼的孩子说,'下来吃新做的
WAFFLE',他就立马麻溜地兴冲冲起床了-这家什也算有益于训练早起?
自己和的糊糊:面,全麦面,鸡蛋,牛奶,,发泡粉(家里没酵母了),糖,盐,奶油少许- 原料
应该比外面旅店的BATTER健康.连量杯都没用,大约估么着加到小盆里,拿筷子搅搅,就倒
到预热过,刷了点油的烤盘里了.等嘀嘀叫了,打开就是金黄色,外面脆里面松软的WAFFLE
. 倒上点SYRUP,热乎乎,香甜甜,比在旅店做的和超市冷冻的都好吃多了.如果撒上苺子
就更好了.
孩子说:"晚饭可不可以还吃WAFFLE?" 还说要把WAFFLE写进今天的写作练习里去. |

去年黑五跳了一个Bella Waffle Make，越来越忍受不了清洗不方便这一点。坚持用到
坏以后，入了这个Cuisinart WAF-300 Belgian Waffle Maker with Pancake Plates
Pros:
- waffle plates可拆卸。这个是我最看重的。拆卸下来清洗非常方便有没有！
- 配一套pancake plate，也可拆卸. 我没用它做过pancake,但是用这个做mini糊塌子
，也可以。说明书上说煎蛋，煎bacon也可以，但没试过。
- 外面是stainless steel, 好看又结实
- 占地小，横着，竖着储藏都可以
- waffle做好后有提示音，不用一直看着
- 做出来的waffle更是不用说，效果非常好
Cons:
- 机器工作时，外壳会比较烫，不小心碰到会烫手
- 价格比较贵。我在BBB买的，用了一个20% off coupon，用discover换来的BBB GC买
的。 |

高筋面粉 1 cup
牛奶 3/4 - 1 cup
油 1/4 cup
鸡蛋 1 个
细砂糖 1/2 Tbsp
盐 1/8 tsp
无铝泡打粉 1.5 tsp
香草精 少许
白芝麻、黑芝麻 两大把
上面是大概的比例
我做习惯了都不量，都是按照经验扔材料
1 cup的面粉调出来在kitchenaid double waffle maker上大概能做3个大圆waffle，够
一家四口吃了，有时还有多
外脆里嫩，撒上水果，或者浇上枫糖浆，或者打发鲜奶油裱花，好吃不比酒店里的差
