请教:workout后极少感到肌肉酸痛
我一般一次器械锻炼1小时,过程很辛苦,但一般锻炼完后肌肉酸痛几乎立刻消失。
一共只有两次例外,锻炼完后肌肉酸痛了一天,但精神非常放松愉悦。
至今也找不到原因,
(1)请问大家有什么经验窍门吗?我非常希望肌肉酸痛以及伴随的精神放松。
(2)如果咨询专家,应该找哪个领域的?

越来越觉得健身就像练奥数。
学奥数的时候,市面上那么多习题集,做哪本不重要(实际上习题也有大量交叉的,这
本书有的,那本书也有),重要的是要认真做坚持从,从头到尾吃透了,不保证你拿金
牌,但是安慰奖肯定有你的份。
健身的时候,市面上也是无数的workout program,做哪个不重要(事实上里面的动作
也是有大量重复,几个基本的动作哪个program里都有),重要的也是要认真做坚持做
,从头到尾贯彻,不保证你练出健身教练的形体,但保证看得出是练过的。

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- South Florida running back Keeley Dorsey collapsed and
died Wednesday after a team conditioning workout at the school's athletic
facility.
The 19-year-old freshman died at University Community Hospital, South
Florida said in statement.
Dorsey, a graduate of Tallahassee Lincoln High School, rushed for 68 yards
on 10 carries in 2006. He scored his only touchdown on a 52-yard run on the

I walked at 3.4-3.5 mph for an hour (that is 2700 ft elevation gain!), the speed that is required to make the cut at LT100.:) Though easy as a workout, it wasn't trivial. The effort is probably comparable to running at 6-6.5mph with 0 incline. did another hour of stationary bike afterwards. though my shin no longer hurts from walking on flat surface, there is still pain when I walk downstairs. the injury is just about as serious as I thought.

doctor is not necessary. the only reason I got injured is because I didn't
want to lower the intensity of my
workouts when the shin splints showed up. when I rest, I get better, it's
easy.:)

Nice! You can also try swimming if you get too bored by stationary bikes. It
's a nice way to keep fit and to tone arm muscles especially deltoids.

Something tiny things helped me last year:
barefoot walking (in my apartment)
When I sit, rotate ankles to drawing "A-Z" in the air
Single-foot standing:better to close eyes-:)

my daughter caught the virus I got last week, and was sent to the hospital.
I slept maybe 3 hours in hospital chairs and floor. missed the race I wanted
to do this morning. managed to squeeze in a track workout. 3 x 1 miles @ 5:
50, 5:52, 5:49. still got a cough. legs felt weak from lack of rest.
hopefully will recover in the coming week.

今天是AM最难的一个workout, 20mi with 1**i@MP..
俺在外面很难push自己坚持快跑, 就还是从gym门口
出去跑了6mi, 然后回跑步机跑了14mi, 8.8mph,1%坡度。。
因为有电扇对着吹, 心跳一直不算高, 最后1迈才上到153,
不过还是蛮累的, 最后几迈一直咬牙切齿的, 感觉弱点依旧,
腰快不行了, 腹部也有岔气迹象, 最后腿也有点抽筋迹象。。
还是穿的HS4, 跑前133.4lb, 跑后127.8lb, 补了约30oz矿泉水,
跑前吃了一个hammer GEL..
最后几周还是要加强腰腹和腿, 这回的比赛用鞋也还得再捉摸
捉摸, 感觉俺的腿的强度还不一定能适应HS4坚持住全程, 实在
是不想重蹈上次岔气+抽筋的痛苦经历。。。

My typical treadmill hill workout:
easy: 1 hour, 2-6% random incline, 7.5mph
quality: 1 hour, 2-8% random incline, 8mph,
or 1 hour, 15% incline, 5-5.2mph.
occasionally, I do something like 2 x 10-15 min, 10-12%, 6.5-7mph, in the
midst of a one hour run.

That long!? I thought hill workouts are more like hill intervals.
I did 7 x 0.25 mile at 6mph 10% today and felt almost all out in the end.
Is this 0.25 mile segments too short for HM training?

俺的问题是时间问题,从脱衣服到穿好衣服洗漱完毕有1:15。
这个workout根本完不成,如果偷工减料,按比例缩小不知道
效果是不是会打折扣?

时不常在整个身体不感到一点累的情况下,小腿就有点抽筋。
平常大多时候,每周会到 gym 锻炼2次到3次,主要是weights。家里也有个 spinning
bike, 不过这玩意好像对锻炼小腿的耐力没有什么用。
有没有什么好的增强小腿耐力的 workout plan?

Yes, this happens a lot. So question is how can we ensure the progression
every time.
My opinion is we make it happens by all means.
First, if you don't feel so good,either tired or not excited about the
coming workout, skip it, or deload.
Second, if everything is fine but you just fail to do 305lb 2*4, say you do
305lb 2*2, and you already feel close to failure. probably you cant make 2
reps in the next set.
Then,
1. rest longer. 3 minutes, 5minutes, as long as you need.
2. pause and reset.
