我在running 版转帖了题为Extreme Endurance Exercise and heart attack的文章。
全篇文章都是认同跑步的好处,但是提醒过渡锻炼可能和心脏病有关联。
一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满,说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳,问他是不是私人俱乐部,不允许公开发帖,同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章,要么是空连接,要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规,居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人,还无根据威胁封人,是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒,把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。

刚跑了个trail run 6.5mi, 一路监控这个Training Effect,
发现是从1.0开始,跑了大概2迈多就慢慢跳到2.0了,然后跑到一半,
爬上一个小山,是2.4,然后往回跑,跑回家还是2.4,返程算是白跑了...
有意思的是昨天早上同样的路线,TE是2.1,不过昨天早上的确心率低一点点..
这个数值感觉跟心跳和距离都有关系,不知道跟上一个workout间隔时间有没有关系...
感觉是hard workout最后超过3.0, easy workout小于3.0比较好,
下次long run再看看..
btw:傍晚跑trail真是无以伦比的爽啊....

新人跑半马全马最大的问题是不知道跑多少的pace。有公式可以计算。但上了战场,跑
崩的依然很多,留下遗憾。
Haligdon workout应该是最主流的workout了。作者建议,不妨在比赛的时候,经过水
站的时候走过去。浪费的时间比自己想象的实际上要少很多,自己喝水也喝得好,但最
大的好处是预防跑崩。
他自己曾经跑过一个2:29的,每个水站都是走过去。他儿子Kevin跑2:18,也用类似
的策略。Bill Rodgers 在1975 波马跑了2:09,冠军,也有过4次短暂的休息(其中一
次系鞋带)。在自己想休息的时候休息,远比自己疲劳的身体强迫自己休息(比如跑崩
)要好的多。
在周末long run训练也可以如此-和比赛一样。
以下是我自己的想法:他的workout精华在long run。但是大致每2-3周有个stepback,
然后更远的long run。如果我们long run的时候也采取跑一段走一段的策略,比如跑半
小时走30秒,也许对于我们这些菜鸟可以忽略掉stepback,能更快的达到马拉松的距离。

I'm not sure if I actually swim faster with a higher stroke rate
(haven't timed myself yet), but it sure feels like I'm doing more work
in the water and surprisingly my body can actually sustain it, so it
seems beneficial from a workout point of view at least.

今天跟着Speedo Pace Club的triathlon intermediate/advanced训练计划游的,感觉
不错,没有自己瞎游那么枯燥。

WEEK 1: WORKOUT 1

不过我把计划稍微改了一下,最前面加了4x100m打水,然后把300 pull (paddles and
buoy)取消了。一共52分钟,游了40分钟,1625米。前面第一圈打水还被救生员从水里
叫了出来,因为第二个救生员又迟到了。
决定以后就跟这个计划游了。

今天游的Week 1: Workout 2

不过我还是同样在最前面先加了打水练习,5x 100米。今天打水有些进步和心得。5组
成绩为:4:06, 3:46, 3:05, 2:48, 2:42。100米打水第一次进入了三分以内。体会就
是要打得稍微大一点儿(我以前打的太小,没有推动力)。
完了warm up 里有组100米fingertip drag,忘了用Garmin Swim的drill设置,结果记
成了75米,其中第二个25米记成了仰泳,后面50米记成了25米蛙泳。
Secondary Set的300米smooth pull被我换成了300米2-beat kick游,感觉游得比较顺
了,打腿剪刀腿应该小些了。
一共游了2100米,最后没有时间200米warm down了。

今天的收获是两边换气+二次打水100米能游进2分了。main set的9个100米后面4个都在
两分以内。希望以后比赛能用这个姿势巡航并且保持这个速度。
新的问题出来了,就是stroke count又上去了。昨天游N个200米时的stroke count都还
是11,今天游100米就升到14去了。是不是14 (56 strokes per minute)才是我的
optimal stroke rate?

Before workout, the muscle is stiff, cool and fragile. Dynamic stretch helps
the blood flowing and makes the muscle warmup. Static stretch will reduce
force output so it is really bad to do it before the workout.
After workout, static stretch deforms the muscle tissues, and increases the
tolerance for pain. It is very good for recovery and the next day exercise.

真正辛苦过来的人都能体贴别人的不易,都能更理解别人,但这个家伙非常的mean。
jfjf自己生活幸福,很难体会遇到变态老公的痛苦。
我理解你情况是,你老公搬运你过来,然后你在家先生小孩照顾小孩两年在读书。
你和你老公的矛盾的起源是婆婆对你无理取闹,你老公对你也专制,你觉得生活很不开
心。
无论之前怎么样,生活的道路都是自己选的包括生孩子也是商量好的了,谁也不能怪。
对于你老公,如果觉得实在不能workout 就带着小孩离开的(或者小孩留给老公自己离
开),当然,离开也不容易,反正是你选择,你可以选择留在家里继续跟老公努力workout
也可以选择离开。这种情况经济损失较大,但能换来生活的安宁。
一般分居半年后,你们就可以考虑真的离婚还是回去了。。到时先到学校看看找律师帮
忙。

今天去看了一间1964年的老房子。地下室是workout的。在不workout的一面相当于地面
高度的地
方,水平方向有长达20feet的砖缝可以明显看到被人用silicone重新封过一遍。有几个
地方很明显被
水泡过。
对了,地下室的砖墙是空心砖的。即使在能见到的一面重新封过,水还是有可能渗进砖
的空心。。。。
不敢想象!
让人纠结的地方是这个房子其他地方都不错。我们现在正在跟listing agent 谈。到底
是不是该放
弃?自己是觉得风险比较大。
版上的同修们有没有什么建议。另外,如果有在Maryland/Montgomery的,能不能推荐
inspector。We really really need a great one.

(或者古狗 “rosen central math standard workout”)
但那个系列总共就 300 道 math puzzle 题,娃已经做了一些了。。。我不
care 啥 age appropriate,只要我娃自己喜欢。。。你知道哪里还有类似的

现没兑现。后来发现朋友们问问不少,就认真观察记录了一个月,算是明白了点,花点

切记搞deal事小,强健身体最重要 :)
一 5000 points(for 15mile) once per week 如何计算一周?
在my rewards里有current week total,周一到周日为一个week,在这个周期只能拿到
一次5000
我连续拿到5000的日期是,周日-周日-周五-周二(昨天)
这次周二就拿到是因为上周六骑车就十几mile,看来是连续计算的
一般满了15mile,不会立刻拿到5000,至少有个一天的延迟
二 每天的400point
WALK OR RUN 2 MILES/DAY 100 points 有延迟,一般第二天在my reward里calendar
上显示
BURN 200 ACTIVE CALORIES 100 points 同上

ago, in very bad shape and health. Put all my time in my work. Then I
decided to use 4 hours total each week for gym workouts. Two years now, I am

其实我这次chicken了一下
我还有一次骑自行车stop sign没停被拦下,问我要驾照我口袋里就是,张口说胡话没
带,出来workout不带驾照
条子问我家多近,要跟我回家取,我说我出来long distance workout,还有10mile,条
子骂了人走了
这次犹豫了几秒还是给了,tnnd
以后只要不开车就不给驾照
