I always eat a banana before heading to gym. Banana contains high potassium.
But it also has carb (I need it for my workout). I only drink water during
workout. I used to drink Gatorade after workout but now my heart is much
stronger than a year ago I only drink it if I feel exhausted. I do drink
protein after workout now.

Starting strength is one program you can try that has you squat 3-4 times a
week. It's basically 3 sets of 5 for 3-4 times a week. You start with a
weight you can squat 3*5 easily with strict form. If your ego can take it,
you can even start from 135lbs. Add 10lbs for each workout and you will get
back to 225lbs in about 3 weeks. Once adding 10lbs per workout becomes too
hard, try adding 5lbs each workout. Keep increasing the weights each workout

2. if you go to gym everyday, you can split your workout to different body
parts on each workout. For instance, Mon, pull (back, biceps, etc), Tue push

周末真的很难坚持锻炼唉~昨天没练,今天workout 2 and cardio 1. 买的心跳手表和
体脂计都到了,测了一下,发现体脂有29%,BMI有24.6,真的需要减肥唉~~今天锻炼
前半小时大约140bpm, 后半小时约170bpm。这段时间锻炼还是很有成果的,虽然没掉什
么肉,但是体制明显增强了!以前j就一个cardio 30分钟都要死要活的,现在可以先练
workout在继续cardio,还觉得游刃有余!哈哈,继续继续!!还要今天膝盖也好很多,
今天在workout之前有自己好好的热了下身,特别是膝盖,还特别注意了动作,现在我
的所有动作都是膝盖微曲做的,发现今天好很多,嘿嘿,继续坚持,明天就开始新的一
套workout了!

Do you drink coffee? Maybe you have low tolerance for stimulants? If you
find it helps your workout you may want to cut the dosage.
Like I mentioned I actually like that tingling feeling. The feeling went
away quickly because manufactures are too stingy to put in enough useful
ingredients.
After some trial and error I now mix my own pre-workouts, kinda. I typically

速度低,且心跳偏高了,刚开始,下次估计还不如这个,慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭,加2个小面包,4个小时之后去跑步的。

4.深蹲,不负重,25个一组,3组
-- 2/3/4都不需要,直接上:bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press,

No, tempo run isn't always a hard workout for me -- it's comfortably hard -- I'd say hard workouts are not comfortable.:) Tempo run is not racing, just pushing a little bit. It's the combination of speed and distance at the same time that is dangerous. If I only do the shorter runs fast, or longer runs slow, it's less of a problem. 最近做功课研究消除疼痛的办法,看到下面这边文章。大意似乎是:
1)炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应,是身体自我修复过程的正常症状;
2)药物消除炎症,同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程,反而不利于伤痛的恢复;
3)消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法,我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛(类似麻醉剂,
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受)。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体;大脑不觉得疼了,就
会继续正常(其实是超量)使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩,但加速了肌肉
撕裂,伤病加重。
我英语不太好,英语好的可以再总结一下。

我是菜鸟,随便说说哈。
新手入门阶段,应该focus在技术上面。也就是说要重质,不重量。如果你参加
training session,又或者跟structural program,你就会发现,通常情况下,长游在
整个训练比例里面并不是特别高。一般一个training session会由warm up, drill
focused pre-set, main set, warm down组成。每个drill或者set的连游长度不会超过
400米(你可以参考一下小酸的log)。和我一起训练的,一般游泳的目标都是1900米或
者3800米,但是除了在开水中,或者比赛中,很少在泳池中不停地游这么长距离。你平
时的训练量到了,耐力是水到渠成的事儿。
我跟过这个program,个人觉得收获很大。

暑假我刻意在bulk,一天至少3800卡+, 还有每天6勺粉,
结果就长了前3周,后面2个月体重力量维度丝毫没有变化
我一个月前开始停止bulk,结果却蹭蹭猛涨,想想有几个原因:
1 不吃粉了,该吃一天10个蛋白,这样至少吃得不恶心,也有70g extra protein
2 workout前加大了creatine的剂量,吃下去10分钟以后能感觉到上头了,workout完全
不会困
3 workout时间改到傍晚吃饭前,训练前吃蛋吃creatine,训练后直接吃饭
4 workout 时间缩短到30-45分钟 ,以前是45分钟-60分钟,现在感觉精力集中多了
5 晚饭没有米饭和主食,这点让我很奇怪,即使这样这个月我还是能涨
6 周末停creatine,停蛋,停训练,啥都吃,变猪
我觉得长肉这个东西,个体差异很大,每个人适用的rou

在佛州无影脚熊猫马龙竞选大胜之夜,我哭了。

激动的泪水模糊了我的眼
我只有一句话
龙哥有肉吃,咱们也能分点儿屎
(选举结果,马龙哥177:173大胜,马龙哥还囊括了20张黑人选票。)
熊猫马龙 pandamalone 是中科大少年班的,科大2000-2004期间最著名的衙内。
马龙是辽宁辽阳人,父亲是当地一霸,黑白通吃的那种。pandamalone还是学生的时候
在FL就买了2套房子2辆豪车。马龙有一句经常说的豪言,就是

马龙在科大期间热爱篮球,在球场上的火气非常大,马龙在球场上的名言:以后不要让
我再看见到你,今后见你一次,打你一次。记得有一次,在科星杯篮球赛(科大院系之
间的比赛),马龙作为比赛的裁判,因为不满一名观众对他判罚的抱怨,当着几百名比
赛观众,当场就把那位为本系加油的观众给踹到了,用的是马龙最擅长的连环腿(就是
马龙以前ID picture 的那个狗撒尿的姿势),以上是本人亲眼所见。给本人留下了阴
影和无限敬仰。

这在最近是满常见的一种运作方式,这个钱seller根本看不见直接通过title company
跟lien holders去workout。所以根本不存在seller乱花掉的问题。workout成功了,这
个钱还会credit toward你的final cost里面,但如果不幸没workout的话,这钱一般就
水漂了。

routine is too hard on him. I ran a few days, swam a few days. And I am
following Summer Sander prenantal workout almost everyday. I eat a lot.
Other JMs workout as well, right?
I have a 2nd trimerster ultrasound coming up this Friday. Hope everything be

请问:如果想 lose weight ,或者降低脂肪密度,专业的personal trainer还是建议
做 cardio workout 的吗?
特别是 还是要达到 85 % max VO2 吗?
难道不是 65 % max 区域在 fat burning zone 吗?
(貌似是因为线粒体在 65 % 状况下, ATP 燃烧最有效?)
到底 85%, 65% 那个区域,比较有助于 降低脂肪密度?
对于这个问题,真的困扰我很久了。。。
pre 专家达人,能不能建议专门开个教育村民锻炼身体的精华帖啊?

really appreciated for your information
still have tons of questions about fitness and workout...
for example, what's the relationship between the cardio workout and fast
twich muscle fiber, or plymetrics and slow twich mucle? Do they pair each
other or not?
ALSO, in your opionion, cardio workout could cut down more fat percentage,
or it will have the tendendy to train the fat cell to conserve more fat
between the muscle fiber as a backup energy suppler?
