据我个人理解,complex 和combo还是不同的。拿clean, jerk, overhead squat和sots
press来说吧,把每个动作做5个repeat,再接着做5个repeat下一个动作,是complex。
而combo是把4个动作连成一个。Complex 每个动作还都是重复的,还可以利用惯性,呼
吸也是有韵律的,它的基础和crossfit,p90x等一样,都是HIIT。Combo 是连续做不同
discipline的动作,每个动作都需要不同的肌群参与,需要身体全方位的素质来完成。

今天计划中是休息日,我练了下YogaX。想到没有Yoga Block
的话,用装花生和其他坚果的那种大盒子应该也可以。
找到一个去年七月练Shouders & Arms的一个Workout Log。第一
次练P90X的时候当然用的哑铃比这个轻多了。

I am on a business trip these days. I did not want to bring my own laptop.
Unfortunately the laptop I borrowed from my company can't play the Insanity
DVD I brought with me, and it was too late to go to the hotel fitness center
. So I had to make up something. I decided to do and Angie-like workout:
100 pushups
200 air squats
300 crunches
For time. You can take as many breaks as you want. You have to finish one
group before you go on to the next. And I changed the 300 crunches to 150

That's very good ah. I usually don't mind if my heart beat goes up, it's
just part and parcel of the type of exercise. So long as it goes down
quickly when you stop the strenuous workout, then it's in great shape.
Don't know what hindu squat is. But tabata squat can be good too. Last
night's WOD started and ended with a 4 minute tabata squats. The tabata
timing is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. You can give it a try and see
if you like it.

我一般一次器械锻炼1小时,过程很辛苦,但一般锻炼完后肌肉酸痛几乎立刻消失。
一共只有两次例外,锻炼完后肌肉酸痛了一天,但精神非常放松愉悦。
至今也找不到原因,
(1)请问大家有什么经验窍门吗?我非常希望肌肉酸痛以及伴随的精神放松。
(2)如果咨询专家,应该找哪个领域的?

从BAA网站看到一个人的训练log, 他去年的Boston:2:36:14,
他今年准备突破2:31, 我把他的训练log copy过来, 他最
高的周mileage也只有80迈左右。 我现在觉得训练里真正有推
动作用的还是Longrun, Tempo, Interval这些hard training,
其他的easy run都是帮助你恢复用的, 不需要太长。

I am not a 大牛 from any angle but I maybe able to offer the practical recommendations.
I was just like you a little over a year ago. Here is what I did FYI:
1. Since I have little muscle, if I run and get fat down, I'll just become 豆芽 again. So I started from weight lifting.
2. start slow and light. Since I haven't done exercises for years, my

起因是我妈每次看见我穿skinny jeans和无袖衫,都会嘟哝一句,你要少吃点去游游泳
,胖成这样真不好看。我脸皮再厚也备不住她天天念。我有一只落满了灰的体重计扔在
洗手间的角落里--可见我是有多自暴自弃。我妈擦干净了灰,让我磅磅称。136磅,
夏天穿的少,约等于净重。我身高168,这个体重算是微胖了。我必须说我虽胖,但一
直有腰身(五花肉哈)有core有锁骨,最胖在屁股大腿和大手臂,就是所谓梨型身材,
裤子大部分穿6号,lulu家的legging穿8号,上衣4号。下面说说我减肥workout的两个
阶段。
游泳: 7 月~ 9月,早上
从七月到九月,开始我隔天去一次,周末天天去。第一个礼拜每次游500米,蛙泳和仰
泳交替,不间断,喘的死去活来。第二个礼拜,我慢慢增加距离到1公里。游的很慢,
但基本坚持不间断。两周以后,可以游到30分钟内。一个月以后开始领悟蛙泳靠胸和手
臂的力量向前蹿着游,可以游出点模样了。但体重没啥变化,基本在135上下晃荡。八
月末的一天早上我对镜子穿衣服,忽然发现我腰上隐约有了传说中的马甲线。最最重要
