请有这方面的经验的指导一下,什么方略比较好,或者推荐个kit/protocol 什么的
DNA序列目前在pGEM T -easy vector里, 200-300bp 的长度

bate, pull down, WB, ....
2 300合成太长了吧， 你对该蛋白的结合信息应该有一点吧 包含该位置有可以了啊

Is biotin at the end affecting the PCR efficiency and the purification
procedure afterward? Are PCR and PCR purification affecting the biotin's
existence at the DNA end?
