but it would be nearly impossible to recover from WS100 in one month and
put up a good performance at the relay (after all, we are not Scott Jurek or
Michael Wardian). WS100 is too good to miss. I'd say if one of us get in
WS100 he should not be doing the relay.

你的恢复情况用多久。

发帖数: 1283 | 18 I'm kind of in the worst case scenario this time, as I pushed through an
injury regardless of consequence. Last year tonyprince had 12 weeks (or 14?) between
Vermont 100 (which also involved much suffering) and a peak performance at
NYC marathon.
