在前脚了,导致没法转,一转身之后就很悲剧。 |

shot. You can try swing without ball, find a way that doesn't put pressure
on knee, try more to make it a constant swing.

Got to have weight transfer from right leg to left leg during the swing,
assuming you are a rightie. This way, you have the weight of your whole body
into the shot, using the strongest muscle in your body, instead of only the
muscles in your shoulder, elbow and wrist.
The weight transfer could be subtle, you don't even need to move your legs a
whole lot.
