I am a huge chunk of stone.
The blue mountain was my hometown.
I had never thought that
I could decorate a jeweled crown.
But I was hard and strong.
I could withstand cuts or knocks.
The great master carved me by day and night.
That turned me into a grand statue -
A millenary object that people admire.
The life is short, and the art is long.
Only those who can bear heavy strokes
Are hopefully to be great and never |

到底是那个，只有作者本人才知道了。
不过原诗写得那么白，我觉得用“石之歌”好象更和诗的风格更吻合吧。 |
