blender bottle了,然后加水到满,晃晃,就可以喝了,试了觉得很不错,有点酸,不

I made a mistake a few days ago: I ate chocolate before running. Then I
carried activated shxt in my bowls during the run.Performance totally
affected. The same problem with yogurt, if I had fruits earlier that day,
then eat yogurt, it's going to be bad later if I run. haha. |
