In determining whether the beneficiary has enjoyed "sustained" national or
international acclaim, such acclaim must be maintained.. A beneficiary may
have achieved extraordinary ability in the past but then failed to maintain
a comparable level of acclaim thereafter.
How to respond this? Anyone has this REF before?

上个星期交了EB1A+PP+DIY,我估计IO不会轻饶我，因为背景有点弱，还PP.
现在在准备REF（不会给个NOID吧？），有个问题是，IO可能会要求提供demonstrate
sustained national or international acclaim.
我的文章citation不好，不可能把citation按年度来列表。
我的方法是，在140提交后的一个多星期里面，我现在拿到了3个review,并且还有一个
是行业里面rank 1st 的杂志。
我的问题是，如果IO要求提供demonstrate sustained national or internationl
acclaim and that his or her achievements have been recognized in the alien's
field of expertise. 我能不能够拿在这短短的时间里面增加的3个review来证明?

”的意思，不过，文章的合作者也可以“international acclaim”，看你怎么说了。 |

，petition letter完全照版上的一个大牛抄的，就是连续发了好多个图片文件的那个
，不记得id了，反正非常感谢！所以请不要找我要petition letter了，自己考古吧。
版上很少有人claim 媒体报道，我claim了，也通过了。其实真正的报道没几个，
转来转去就显得多了，而且标题不一样看起来像很多。主要就是列表，媒体的名字，介
绍（多少万读者），国家什么的，这样看起来就很打眼。有几个采访邀请的email，也
做了张表格，这样显得明确，别人是对你感兴趣。有两个视频的采访，其实是很小的拿
不出手的，但把截屏的大头放上，图说叫“关于我的某某采访”，到底是哪采访的没好
意思提。
感谢的话就不多说了，一穷二懒就不发包子了，整点实际的，发一下我的

文章13（IF 2-13）
Review： 26 （7 journals）没有太好的杂志 (IF 2-4)
引用：递交时240+
推荐信：6封，4 independent，一欧洲，一澳大利大，四美国
找了律师，先提交eb1a然后追加pp，一周后收到NOID。IO判断单项满足标准，但
totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。
Review：
1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international
acclaim
2. 审稿次数被律师搞错了！
3. 不能证明比其他领域中的researcher审稿多，尤其和ed... 阅读全帖 |

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^
以上希望可以给大家一些回复noid的参考信息，由于一些原因，更详细内容就不方便写
了，有问题欢迎私信询问！

美国Top20 PhD, Top10 Postdoc. Claim老三样：文章、贡献和审稿
文章：11篇。5 1st author；5 篇领域内最好杂志（IF~10）；一篇为中文杂志。 引用
190+ (ISI), 250+ (Google Scholar).
审稿：24，（IF 从25到1不等，9个杂志）
推荐信：5封独立加1封PhD导师（美国、英国、意大利、加拿大和台湾）。
1封主编审稿证明信
1封公司合作者支持信
参考版上的经验，深挖了自己的贡献。做了油灯图，根据关键词索引了自己的文章，列
出了Small Percentage，也总结了引用并应用自己文章的文献。
感觉所有证据都已经用上了，手头上当时多准备了三封独立推荐信预防RFE（以色列、
爱尔兰、美国；美国那封来自工作界；2封编辑证明信）。

享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

1。我主要说我发的文章的杂志是LEADING，然后引用杂志的介绍发的是SIGNIFICANT
RESULTS， 接着介绍了杂志的RANKING，最后直接引用发表文章的REVIWERS'S COMMENTS
--这些说明SIGNIFICNCE， 有EMAIL REQUEST PAPER 可以相应加上
2。CITATIONS --具体有多少增加（计算增加率），有多少人引用（具体哪些是TOP
SCIENTISTS），多少个国家，多少个学校（具体哪些是TOP），多少个领域引用
接着选10-20个HEAVILY DISCUSSED 的文章一一具体说明。--这些说明SIGNIFICANT
IMPACTS
3。引用INDEPENDENT 的信说明CONTRIBUTION怎么影响到了他们的研究
4。重复MEDIA REPORTS的内容
5。INVITATIONS FOR ORAL/POSTER PRESENATTIONS，OR SUBMITTING PAPERS

补充下条件：
Mechanical Engineering, Phd
11 Papers, 提交时87 citations in total(没有区分自他引)，
6 RL(5 independent,只有2篇来自引用的人)
现在citation涨了点，一共正好100,不过几乎全是中国人引用的。

3月27号就被RFE了，无奈总是收不到RFE,Submit了2个service request都么有等到，终
于在congressman的帮助下今天搞到RFE了，一共耗时45天，估计人品都集中放在h1b抽
签去了，anyway，今天终于收到了，貌似承认了review, authorship,质疑了
contribution。

移民官如果想要刁难人, 当然很容易. 以下的条款真是不懂科学的人给科学下定义, 整
个是个无赖.
如果一个人拿了一次诺贝尔奖, 难道他要每年去拿那个奖吗? 真TMD流氓:

20 reviews for 8 journals (include several top journals in my field)

我知道case 有点弱. Claimed authorship, contribution and review. Accepted
authorship and review, but rejected contribution.
