How do you eat an avocado? It’s pretty easy. Slice it open, from pole to
pole, cutting around the pit. Remove this pit. Top with whatever you want,
then eat with a spoon. No cooking is necessary or recommended. The avocado
’s flavor is mild and quite buttery; don’t cover it up too much.
As you may notice, avocado matches well with Mexican flavors. You can’t go

like it more than butter or cream cheese.
I make omelette with avocado.
I like avocado as salad dressing, great substitute of bottled salad dressing.
I love avocado in general. I can eat it alone or mix it with many other

我把白米粥+蛋黄+avocado用blender打成泥，然后再混一种蔬菜泥，做午餐和晚餐。

去年我们搬新家后，我们砍了一颗离房子特别近的树。 和邻居家的一断墙因此没有遮
拦，两家可以站墙边聊天。 我们可不想和邻居那么亲近。 我先是研究半天，买了一
颗节日牛油果 （avocado holiday)种在墙边， 很快它就半死不活的，挖出去退的时候
发现它已经长芽了。 退就退了，结果我家的又手痒，搬回来一盆血橙。 明显的这血
橙是DWARF的，种了一年没见长个。 我临时搬了盆百香果（passion fruit) 先种下
，它倒是疯狂的长，很快我们和邻居间就有点遮拦了。但是这百香果花不怎么开，果一
个没有。 在此奉劝新手们， 树好砍，种新树可不容易。
今天去扣死扣，又见了节日牛油果 （avocado holiday)， 立刻搬回来了， 准备把血

这种绿色的，通常不会变成黑褐色，大概会颜色加深点儿，判断生熟主要还是看手感吧
。。。捏着有点儿软就好了。
你确定这个和木瓜一样大小的是牛油果不是木瓜？呵呵 |

目前把没切开的放在纸袋里.
已经切开的在冰箱里放了两天还是硬, 用微波炉打了一分钟居然还是硬的.
一种是 Florida 品种, 个特大. 另一种是 Dominican, 一般个头. |

半个（而且是Costco买的大号的）。
大宝宝的话可以切成丁和Chedder Cheese丁放在一起，让他抓着吃，小宝宝的话，打碎

发帖数: 295 | 24 由于体质的原因，每次运动总是肝火旺--就是嘴唇红红，口干舌燥，喝多少水都不能改
善。这次，也是最后一次要彻底减肥，研究了很多饮食之后就在膳食里加了avocado，
也就是一周1-2个吧，竟然把上述症状都终结了。而且之前隔三差五就上火的习惯也没
再来了。
据说avocado是对肝肾比较好，而且还有利于内分泌。
希望对有类似困扰的JMM能有所帮助。 |

把 Avocado切成两半, 中间的核扔掉. 用勺子挖出让后和青椒剁碎, Sour Cream, 盐,
胡椒, 味精, 香油, 葱末儿拌在一起成酱糊状.
这种做法味道香,辣, 适合party上做下酒菜. |
