的，不过很多bike车手喜欢到农村小路去，那里全是曲折山路，汽车速度都很快，说实
话真的很危险。俺开车路过都给他们担心，尤其很多拐弯，压根看不到前方，如果拐弯
突然发现出现个bike在马路中间，很可能撞上。 |

价格 300 左右。

以后要坐caltrain上班，然后步行1.2mile左右（或者等bus)
打算弄个folding bike（folding就不必须等自行车车厢了？）commute
只是不知道这三藩大街上（townsend and 2nd street）骑车安全不安全，还有扛着folding bike挤火车会不会很郁闷
另一个选择是弄个scooter在curb上窜，这个倒是安全，就是估计快不了多少---也有点傻 |

发帖数: 858 | 9 本人考虑入手一辆entry level cycle cross bike,主要用于平日commuting,周末进行
较长时间是training,为明年可能的台湾环岛做准备.
所以能要求是比较适合touring,可以上fenders和rack。
目前考虑的是Giant TCR2 2012 （$1070） 或者是specialized tricross 2013 ($990)
.TCR2用的Shimano Tigra/Sora，tricross用的是2300.
不知道各位大大有何建议，在Boston地区哪一家店买会比较好？
本人纯新手，欢迎任何建议。
Note：
本人目前在Boston，去Landary's试过Specialized crux elite 2011，感觉很不错，可
惜是不能mount fenders和rack，店员建议Tricross，更适合Boston冬天骑和touring，
如果想换23，25的胎也可以。不过他们的2012款已经out of stock，因为Specialized
七月要release 2013款的车系。

not a serious cyclist. Just need a bike that I can take to places in my car
and yet I have no space in my home to store it and I don't like bike racks
on my car. This one seems good in pictures. But I assume the folding feature
would compromise the structure integrity and performance of a bike.
Just don't have an idea how much worse it is than a normal one piece. |

carry it around, but the riding quality was bad. It had a short flat no
sweep handlebar, frame was one size fit all, small wheels, everything is
optimized for folding, not riding. The folding hinge was solid, though, and
it was very easy to fold and unfold.
If you really need a mountain bike version, check Bike Friday. People seem
to like what they offer. And they fold smaller than the paratrooper.

同意金毛儿说的，你这种长途骑行，路况复杂，气候多变，2000迈速度都是浮云。
TT/Tri或road bike并不合适，应该上一个touring bike或者hybrid bike，轮胎宽一些
，抓地力好些，变速机构简单可靠一些，车皮实一些，座位舒服一些，再安个后行李架
和那种防水的包。 |

看，而且Review说非常稳。。。
下手了，果然没有让我失望。 再买个Arm就可以把我的road bike也放上去了。。。如
果有很高的屋子或者地下室的朋友应该可以一根柱子放四辆车，绝对没问题

如果没有洗澡地方或澡堂关门了，那么早起一小时bike到office，然后跑步回家洗澡再

去我们单位大概也是40分钟，但其中20分钟都是在爬比较陡的坡（连续20分钟上山），
这种情况，700的胎太大了，骑起来类，山地又白白浪费路，我个人经验是：
- 买入门级山地，要轻的 aluminum frame，然后装26X1.25窄的road tire （
Performance Bike 有便宜20块之内的）。
注意把susp.调到最硬，或者干脆去掉

现在看到local bike shop里有打折的trek. modone3.1，1300 刀，modone 5.2C, 2300
刀。 不知道5.2比3。1是不是值这1000刀？
这里的各位高手们还有别的车推荐的吗？我刚开始的训练主要是以半铁为目的，不知道
这两个车是否合适？还是应该去试试domane系列？ 去店里问过，他们不推荐tri bike,
说tri bike只能跑直线。

更新一下，黑五去买了辆cervelo p2， 2100刀。今天早上已经开始骑起来了，30迈，
现在屁股疼：）
第一天还不习惯那个鞋子，摔了两跤，左手肿了，左腿膝盖破了。
今天路遇一队自行车，看他们也没怎么蹬，一会就不见了。是不是我档位不对啊，现在
还不会换挡：）

费的 2016 bike demo.
虽然已经骑了2 laps，大概9迈， 1000ft 的爬升。 看着免费的份上，排队demo了
2016 scott genius 700SL full suspension. 先谈一下配置，
carbon frame, 27.5 carbon wheel, 全套XTR, 2x11, fox front suspension 150mm
travel with 3 mode: open, traction and close. 2.25" nic nobby tires, drop
post. 全车重25.5 lb.
和工作人员一聊，被告知，“this is a trail bike, not targeting cross country,
but it will be a very fun bike". 骑了一个loop, 事实证明专家的话，very true.

压，接触面积更大
DH bike角度更加aggressive，重心更后移，更加自信。
trail bike上山明显赶不上hardtail，DH bike上坡基本靠推

这个biking原本不在计划之中，买东西的时候无意中看到店门口挂的横幅，仔细跟店老
板一打听，原来可以在他的店里租车，一路骑到Aspen，把车drop在那里的分店，然后
坐free shuttle bus返回snowmass。从snowmass到aspen大概10几迈的样子，只有中间
一迈上坡，剩下的或是路下坡或是平路。听起来很适合我们这样的休闲派，何况我们本
也打算去aspen逛一逛。
心动不如行动。第二天一早我们就直奔店里租车。要说这snowmass/aspen的biking
trail维护的还真不赖，比如我们骑的这一线就都是由沥青铺成，所以骑起来很轻松；
各个trail的交叉点都会有牌子指示，所以不用担心迷路。

Would anybody like to share your ourdoor experiences, such as Hiking/Biking/
Kayaking, or any other outdoor activities in Lake Tahoe?
How should we arrange our activities, such as where to book a camping site/
hotel, where is easy to get access to better hiking trails/ biking trails/
bike rental/ kayak rental? I am planning to have a 3 days weekend over there
from September 3 to 5.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
