没发现小孩的车会压迫小鸡鸡啊？我家有一个kettler trike，小时候的问题是够不着
踏板，骑车姿势肯定不会压迫的jj的。
那个balance bike是我觉得有必要训练一下小懒蛋时候买的。如果早发现，就不买三轮
车了。因为balance bike可以比较安全地训练孩子的平衡能力，对小脑的发育大有好处
。高度可调，我的宝宝18个月的时候，用的都不是最低档。如果走起来，压不着jj。骑
起来，应该和自行车的感觉一样。
爱活动的宝宝，就会喜欢骑车。三轮、两轮都可以，这些都是学几天就会的。 |

发帖数: 44 | 4 East Bay Bike Path 是迄今为止骑过的风景最好的自行车道。前些天贴过一个cape
cod的shining sea bikeway。SSB的亮点是沿途有海滩，终点是著名的woods hole，而
且可以坐ferry去marth's vineyard，此外有一些side trips。相比之下，EBBP沿路的
风景极为多样化，有城市，有池塘，有lighthouse，有海景，有湿地，有小海港，有很
多漂亮的房子和自行车道融为一体。点睛之处是接近南终点的地方是非常漂亮的Colt
State Park。两条车道各有千秋，但我们更喜欢EBBP（而且离家近）。
去年骑过，这是第二次去，非常enjoy，以后有机会还会再去。这条车道离波士顿大约1
小时车程，全长约14miles，如果你想骑完全程，准备至少半天去enjoy，路上有不少地
方可以停下来欣赏。如果时间有限，我建议骑南边的半段，加上一个side trip去“
colt state park”，我们这次在colt state park看见至少3对wedding。。。

没有往南那么多BEACH了。大概1-1个半小时到达VENICE BEACH。这一段路大部分不在海
边。一部分在树林里，一部分在公路上。可以感觉到在树丛里穿行，可以经过泊满了游
艇的PORT。
从VENICE BEACH 到SANTA MONICA，大概40分钟。建议大家在VENICE停一停，那是看
WEIRD PEOPLE最好的地方。可以看到各个种族，各个信仰，各个运动爱好的人。每个周
末还有一些打鼓的人聚集在那儿，放着音乐打鼓。VENICE BEACH是一个非常有意思的地
方。
SANTA MONICA,名气大，但咱们这些住在LA的人都知道那儿没什么意思。
再往前骑大概20分钟就到了BIKE PATH的END了。如果非要再往前骑，就得走公路了，好
像没有BIKE PATH。
我的经验就这些。希望大家指正补充。我想下次从REDONDO BEACH往南骑，不知道能不
能一直到SAN PEDRO。 |

打算弄个folding bike（folding就不必须等自行车车厢了？）commute
只是不知道这三藩大街上（townsend and 2nd street）骑车安全不安全，还有扛着folding bike挤火车会不会很郁闷
另一个选择是弄个scooter在curb上窜，这个倒是安全，就是估计比走路快不了多少---也有点傻 |

几个星期前的一个星期六的下午去我家附近的trail骑自行车，在一个下坡的tunnel和
另一个cyclist迎头撞上。他当时骑到我的道上，而且骑得很快，我躲他不急，从自行
车上飞出来，撞上了路边的铁栏杆。他看上去像是经常骑车运动的人，而我只是
leisure riding,骑得并不快。
我因为是脸撞上了铁栏杆，牙齿受伤很严重，撞掉了两颗牙，其他牙也有损伤。在美国
看牙很贵，医疗费已经接近2万美元，大部分我的医疗保险不cover。我打过几个电话给
personal injury lawyer,但他们一听说没有automobile involved，都不感兴趣，因为
没有保险公司go after。而且因为现场没有witness,律师觉得也没有把握一定能赢，只

一哨。难不成大家出去都带一套补胎工具？

oil the cables if they are not too stiff. but it's worth while to examine

with industrial optimization, this toy could be real and fun. It may indeed
climb better (despite its weight) due to the standing form.
It is indeed less aerodynamic; so it would never beat traditional bikes in most racing condition. |
