better off upgrading a few critical parts:
(1) a set of light, aero wheels, something like Reynolds assault (1-1.5k)
(2) a light carbon frame (1k)
(3) other components that can give you significant weight savings: fork,
brake calipers, seat tube, seat, and crankset (0.5k)
This way you'll end up with a bike that is much better and race-worthy than
a stock Cannondale or Specialized.

TREK 1.5 price is at $999 and 2.1 price is at $1192.
Just curious if the Trek 1.5 and 2.1 price are reasonable and difference on

昨天寄来一个后车架，据说还订了个侧面的后车框。看到车架，我差点晕倒，泥马还想
骑车带人吗？？？
果然装不上去，根本就不是给road bike设计的，少一个固定的孔。结果LD要去自己钻
个孔，被我阻拦住了，900刀的车！你要买菜给frame上钻个孔！
试图劝说把架子和车筐退了未果，还生我气了。总算说服了不钻孔了，但是也不退，说
要去买菜就拿铁丝把架子和筐绑后面，哭死。。。。
我在考虑再花200刀买辆买菜的车（没车前一个月也没见去买次菜有木有！），然后把
后架和车筐偷偷退了。。。 |

想着老有人要动员废除 bike lane，因为耗太多宝贵空间，我就鸡婆地
估算了一下：四线高速公路上的车如果把人拿出来放到单车上，汽车全
丢掉，基本两条 bike lanes 就可以塞下。 因为大部分的车都只有一个
人。当车子嫌 cyclists 挡路时，其实是汽车司机加上发动机，车身，还
有满车的垃圾 （那面积至少可以塞六个 roadies）在愤怒地要“人”让道。
这 TMD 的还有理了。 |

make it too slow so you need to spend hours on road,

平时上下班10mile左右单程，有坡，
周末偶尔骑出去玩玩
一年参加1-2次tri
目标价位1200-1500左右的轻一些的
今天走了几家LBS
推荐的这么几款,感觉都还不错 （价格都是税前的）
2011 Trek 2.1H2 $1149
2012 Trek 2.1 H2 Apex $1299
2012 Specialized Allez Comp Apex $1399
2012 Connondale CAAD 8 6 $1099
2012 Connondale Synapse 6 $1099
11那款2.1是105的，我对器材了解不多
手里的hybrid bike是二手从同事那里淘来得，
基本也不作保养，
所以零部件的区别基本也不知道
在版上学习了一下，据说105比较不错
sales也说105是相对higher class的
12那款是Apex，
我个人试车的感觉是apex这种shift和break分开的设计相对更适合我一些
因为试105的时候刹车有时候会不小心触到换挡
但是不知道这个是不是习惯了以后都一样了

我biking基本全是commuting，或者running errands，象去银行取个钱，去看看牙医什
么的， 5月总共骑了311mile。 LD帮我算了下，按照这个速度，我今年骑完才能把在自
行车，灯，头盔，气筒，衣服，pannier bag上的投资收回来。不过锻炼的价值是无价
的，自从搬家远离公司以来，三个月我已经减了将近5Kg。多亏各位的建议，commuting
的时间也缩短了（走有bike lane的foothill expressway+把胎压打到80psi)。从版上
学了很多，现在自己多骑一骑，以后领着全家一起骑。以下是IPhone上Cyclemeter的记
录，五月最后一个星期是节日+出差没骑。
