我在做这几项的时候，加重量，form就很差
barbell biceps curls，这个会cheat的比较厉害，用preacher的话，身体还是会动，
不过貌似cheat少很多。
dumbbell flys，这个加重量就很容易有press的动作进去
deadlift，加重量，最低的时候low back会弯。
barbell shrug，这个不太严重，就是太重了就会不可控制的想垫脚尖-_-
怎么办，用低重量做高reps？还是意志不让自己cheat？ |

本意是让你写公式 因为他们强调能够运用
结果我除了写公式把差不多的题也都写上
最搞得是有一次寒假我花了一个星期的时间准备了一个cheat sheet
写满了公式和题
然后带着这个cheat sheet去参加placement考试
然后就过了 然后那个课就不用上了
当时年纪太小了 不懂 还沾沾自喜
现在想来 都是傻到不能再傻的举动
因为学到的东西都是自己的
混过去了没有任何意义 |

看了看网上人的cheat，也很技术宅，挺逗的
据说root了手机修改gps值的只是低级cheat，会被ban
技术宅cheat是用一台机器连电脑，上google earth，根据google earth feed数字发
radio 信号模拟真的gps信号，而且还有手柄模拟你在街上走路，据说不会被ban，会被
server认为是真的在街上走，lol |

I'm not proud of the jobs I did so it's not BSO at least from my perspective.
As to the income verification, I think it does matter because your current
level is highly correlated to your old level. So how do I feel if I can pay
much cheaper and feel being cheated, you just can't tell the consequence. If
you end up being fired, it's not the end of the world, but you still lost
the time, opportunity and you' ll find hard to explain that to your new
employer.
