然后如果不马上弄干，自然干的话，电路接触点会生锈短路，
这就是iphone进水坏的最普通两个原因
所以要把logic board拿出来，放到纯酒精里，就是99%dehydrating alcohol把水吸干
酒精还有一个好处就是可以擦掉生锈短路的电路接触点 |

我圣诞节晚上狗血了一把。本来觉得挺大一事儿，觉得在ER差点儿挂了。跟电哥一比简
直弱爆了。就随便说说吧。
圣诞节晚上食物中毒。吃了呛蟹。南方人应该都知道，就是生的活螃蟹碎尸，然后泡上
高度数高粱酒，各种作料，泡一段时间。无比美味。但是任何一个环节没处理好，都会
严重拉肚子。我这次中招了。。。
晚上10点半左右发作。狂吐狂腹泻，不记得多少次了。非常恐怖，边呕吐边拉肚子（好
恶心），呕吐物和腹泻物都已经有血了(更恶心)。。。到了1点钟的时候，吐和腹泻都
差不多停止了，但是超级虚弱。考虑到第二天一早我要去buffalo接表弟，我就从马桶
边爬起来，一个人开车去ER。这整个过程都没有吵醒楼上我神经大条的爹。。。
深夜的ER很恐怖，都是断手断脚断头满地是血的人，或者是心脏病发作的老人。我看起

么一件事。
从保护消费者利益来讲，我挺不赞成无照经营的，没有任何质量监管，全看在大家都是
中国人的份上，所以相信卖家的东西质量很有保证？
我不是说楼主的饺子一定有质量问题，但楼主也不能出示凭据他的饺子没有质量问题，
这是一场谁都赢不了的debate。我老只是从high level来讲讲无照经营存在的隐患。
那些有照的就一定没问题吗？当然有，但有照的人有风险成本在里面，所以可能的问题
要少一些。
不是在拆楼主的台，就事论事而已。
说完了楼主的问题，我决定我的香肠群做也不在我家或者任何谁家做了，找专业的有照
的bucher store/shop是硬道理，我指导bucher放我的seasonings,然后在他的专业的

我们这个帖子讨论的太迟了，一个好DEAL过去了。
前天跑到KATY MILL去，在BASS PRO店里看到一个DEAL:
一个跟我贴图极其类似的LEM牌子的绞肉机70刀，一个切肉片的机器60刀，一个做肉干的5层盘子的干燥机Dehydrator 30刀。但是这个DEAL是这三样合起来139.97刀。不过这个是4 DAYS ONLY，现在刚刚过期了。
本来那个干燥器是做肉干用的。我在想能不能活用一下，用来干燥香肠呢？
若是这样，那就全年可以生产了！不用等到最冷的时候才能挂在外面干燥了。 |

暖冬，终于盼到了降温，跟牛仔哥（txcowboy）联手制作川味香肠。

最近本版讨论应急食品储备比较多，我也来贡献贡献。
首先，应急食品储备有短期和长期之分，像energy bar/MRE之类保质期很有限，不适合
长期储备，更不适合长期食用。建立大量长期食品储备的基本原则："stock what you
eat, eat what you stock"。简单的说，要存你平时吃的东西，而且要定期轮转。
最基本的主食，无非是大米白面。大米是很好的储备粮食，可以直接长期保存。白面就
不行了，长期保存要存麦子或者pasta。现在我们主要谈大米，为什么呢，因为现在是
买米很好的时机，米价是多年来的低点。还记得以前大米接近一块钱一磅的时候吗？现
在costco的黄国宝米只要$0.5/lb。就算加上自己的加工包装成本，也比前几年便宜多
了。
怎么保存呢？铝箔袋氮气无氧密封，再装塑料桶防虫防尘。包装坚固密闭，可以叠放

From the physique stand point, arms are good, shoulder and chest can
have a little boost. Back looks good that shows you probably do lot of
pull-ups.
Morning is the best time to take a shot as body is dry after a night of
dehydration.

...i guess it also depends on how far apart the stations are...
If you plan to ride the whole 75 miles, i would imagine 3-4 bottles at the
minimum to avoid dehydration...but on the other hand, it is a lot cooler
