My daughter had stomach flu a month ago. It lasted about two weeks. She was
vomiting and had diarrhea and fever. The only worry was dehydration. So I
had to give her a lot of fluid: water, juice, pedialite, soup, porridge. But
we stopped milk altogether, even though she wanted it sometimes.
我觉得没有什么大问题, 孩子自己会恢复, 就是会瘦一点.吃东西稍微主意一点:不要吃
绿叶类蔬菜, 不要喝牛奶, 可以吃酸奶,CHEESE, 喝点鸡汤, 肉汤(去掉油腻)都可以.淀
粉类食物都行(米, 面,苏达饼干,土豆...), 少食多餐.症状重时吃点缓解症状的药,这
样孩子可以休息好一点.孩子胃口不好时不用太逼他吃东西.

发帖数: 319 | 6 如果102度，没有高烧104以上，应该不是VIRAL，所以医生给抗生素。有没有作尿检。
抗生素有不同种类的，你用的那种不见得关用，如果两天以内还没起色，就晚上送急症
，ER作的检查比较全。就是怕他们不收，让回去吃Tyleno，如果尿不多，且黄，就说有
DEHYDRATION迹象，他们对这个比较重视。应为孩子小，即使不能作为急症收，他们也
理解父母的心情，一般是不会让你自己掏钱的。
现在很多医生都是按INSURANCE COMPANY给的GUIDELINE一步一步来的机器，我女儿就曾
经深受其害。等到最后，试过四五种抗生素都不见效，你家孩子不知道要受多少罪呢，
下次问能不能直接用ANTIBOITIC SHOT，(在国内可能早就打了，这里应为怕病菌的抗药
性，所以一级一级来)，应为已经拖了很长时间了，病久了对小孩子很不好。看病的时
候不能他说什么就是什么，要求强烈一些。同时自己多学习学习，了解一些基本词汇病
理常识，他们就不敢老忽犹你。医生最怕家长找麻烦。。
总之一定要抓紧，不怕一万就怕万一 |

't be dehydrated. Yogurt with Probiotics should be fine, e.g. Stonyfield
Organic Yogurt. You can also try direct probiotic products like Florastor

It takes at least a year or so to get the immune system to build up. |

普遍。病期一般10天，小孩不吃不喝是因为很痛。但无论如何也要让他喝水，要不会

卫生，细菌或其他异物直接进入血管和口服经肠道是有很大区别的，如果直接进入血液
系统是非常危险的。而且打点滴对血管也有一定损伤，可能导致栓塞或其他问题。 另
外，静脉注射一旦出现一些医疗错误，比如剂量错了，基本是不可逆了。再说抗生素，
估计大家都知道滥用的结果。 所以美国这里不会轻易用打点滴。至于国内，我就不太
了解了，可能是因为打点滴比较贵？或是效果快？

比较实际的做法是找“替代品”
如：
蜜饯---whole food有卖无糖的，最近我很迷dried mango散装wholefood $9.99一磅，
traderjoe是它自己家的袋装$2.99（6oz装）货架上还有种$1.69的是加糖的。芒果本身
就甜，不用添加剂。
有此在中国城看见散装芒果干，首先颜色就不对，红灿灿摆明“我就色素”，而且甜的
不是芒果味，我至今还怀疑它其实是“山药干”，然后+糖浆调的
其实就是脱水水果，相当于买个food dehydrator自己在家干化鲜芒果
冰激淋---yeca上次用blendtec弄得frozen yogurt完全可以代替，这个好解决
罐头---就多做肉，这个简单吧，我吃肉很猛，不迷罐头
soda---seltzer+柠檬汁 |

故事的发生是这样的。。。。。1970年代，北卡的林业部门为了控制害虫，从中国引进
了这种七星瓢虫，放养在西部山区。后来虽然这个项目证明意义不大，七星瓢虫仍然成
功的把北卡变成了自己的家。而且，非常amzaing的是，短短的二三十年里，七星瓢虫
就进化出了一种留在中国的亲戚们不具有的习性：季节性的迁徙和休眠。在中国，通常
在树皮缝里，土块下面越冬。但是在北卡，西部山区的七星瓢虫每到冬天，就迁徙到东
部，进入居民区的房子里越冬。
七星瓢虫不咬人，只是暂借一下宝地越冬。一到春天就自动消失了。现在天气转暖，是

了早餐，从酒店走到车站，赶早班火车去一个镇子，沿途欣赏中部山区的景色。坐了近
两个小时的火车总算到达目的地。车站离镇子有三mile，公共汽车一个小时一班，于是
继续走。先去了一个废弃的castle，原来是万恶的收税所，剥削劳动人民的地方。然后
钻了两个洞，skip了午餐，上了一个山头，整整晃悠了一天。景色veli veli
beautiful（详见另贴）当天阳光明媚，大概75度。一天十几个miles上上下下，饥肠辘

票上了。 于是出于劳动人民的本色，我忍，到了车站就算胜利。回车站的路上忽然发

2.上了I-70开了没多久就塞车。 大概3 day weekend, everybody heads to the
mountains。 原本还想考虑去Keystone or Breckenridge， 不过这个时候基本不用想
了， 能到Loveland就不错了。 原本一个半小时的车程， 开了2个半小时。 11点多才
到Loveland Ski Area。
3. 一大家子人的一大堆行头， 等都下车， 买好tickets， 给爸爸妈妈弄好上课的手
续和rental器材， 已经过了1PM了！！！！
4. 爸爸妈妈因为不懂英文， 所以我做了随行翻译。 对这个instructor不是很满意。
讲述东西比较没有条理。 有时候我翻译的时候就多讲两句我自己的体会， 不过基本
还是遵照instructor的。
5. 爸爸妈妈， 尤其是爸爸， 其实很快就滑的还可以了。 可惜后来爸爸好像有点
dehydrated， 又没有跟我们讲， 到了感觉有点晕， 恶心， 才跟我说。 另外午饭也
没有很正式的吃。 所以赶快叫他回去喝水， 吃东西， 休息一下， 结果又发 |

stays in the bladder longer than it should, allowing bacteria to form and
