炒肉做汤都行。笋衣可以留着，煮了之后凉拌做咸菜。
煮好后晾一下，去了水之后放食品烘干机里，大概要五六个小时。烘干后装袋子里，放
冰箱里。想吃的时候拿出来泡水，能吃到第二年。
买最简单的那种四五十块钱的dehydrator就可以。远离中国店的话，这个投资还是值得
的。 |

首先gas是不可再生能源，地球上几十亿年攒下来的，用一点少一点。
而且gas从gas well里出来的raw gas，要经过water removal, acid removal,
dehydration, mercury removal, nitrogen rejection, NGL recovery。一样
有一堆损耗和浪费。
而且，电不见得都是煤炭发电，更不会是汽油发电。电可以风能太阳能，这些
都是可再生。而且一旦有了核聚变发电，电能可以算是无穷无尽的，再多点
损耗也不在乎。 |

我平时身体健康，无慢性疾病，生活方式健康。5月27日由一杯咖啡引发头晕，心悸，
后又发病2次，曾经全身不自主颤抖2次，每次半小时，自动停止，并有一次走路不稳。
实验室检查有点dehydration, 其他结果如下：
Glucose (血糖) ： 111 mg/dL (normal: 65-100)
K(血钾)： 3.5 mmol/L(3.6-5.0)， 血常规，TSH均正常
血压低，大多为60/90,有时为50/80。紧张时，血压可上升至90/120.
24 hour heart monitor： normal
Brain MRI: normal

position changes such as from lying to standing leads to low cardiac output.
Your brain didn't get enough perfusion as needed.
Dehydration from recent illness can be a reason. Even orthostatic
hypotension could be divided into neurologic and cardiac sources. You could
go to your PCP to evaluate situation. Anemia for young females can also be a
cause.

daughter was mildly dehydrated when the blood was draw, which is common in a
2 year old - they often forgot to drink enough.
HepB Ab positive means she is immune to hepatitis B infection, it is a
result of the vaccination she received. Don't worry too much, She is a
healthy 2 yr old! |
