其实Sensory Processing Disorder这个名词是07年才被确定下来的。 最早理论的提出
在1969年。 虽然之前在看关于自闭症的书籍，但是相关书籍并没有明确提到这个单词

的。吃了好久现在不吃了，睡得还行。当时医生说如果能从晚上九点不间断睡到早上四
点就算睡得可以。吃了后入睡很快，一般不到五分钟，睡得也很沉。 |

sensory processing disorder. OT 刚刚让我们做brushing program,就是用一专用小
刷子刷皮肤并按压关节。另外，接受孩子，发生不愉快时耐心和他说， 不要造成不必

师同学处的都不错.
三个月前得了stomach flu,那天刚好吃多了, 吐了几次,有一点拉肚子和发烧, 两三
天就好了, 从症状上看也不算太严重. 但自那以后, 天天担心自己会不会再吐. 每
天吃饭后都要让我们摸肚子看自己吃多了没有, 有一次我不小心说好象肚子挺饱的,
她就大哭问会不会吐. 这几天有轻微的拉肚子, 她在厕所里拉了就大哭, 说很害怕
自己会吐.
安慰过, 解释过, 吐是病毒引起的, 吃多了或者拉肚子都不代表会吐.小朋友嘴上说
知道了, 可是继续每餐后都要求我们摸肚子.
其他焦虑的还有打针, 平时有点小病, 我们还在观望看要不要去看医生的时候她就大
哭, 问我们去医生那里会不会打针. 其实去看医生的时候99%都是不打针的, 何况有
些小病我们根本没有打算带她去看医生.
这算不算anxiety disorder, 需不需要上什么therapy? 关键是觉得她焦虑过头了, 别
人小朋友有动过手术的好象都没有这样焦虑, 她就是吐了几次就天天莫名其妙的担心. |

入魔的境地，虽然随着人的渐渐成熟，我现在对长胖的恐惧已经小多了，且能够注意均
衡饮食，但是大学时代遗留下来的饮食紊乱综合症一直未得到根治，特别是在又压力或
者没有事情做的时候，情况会恶化。
我虽然吃了很长一段时间百忧解，但是刚开始药效十分明显，几个月后觉得没有什么效
果了，现在常常还会出现BINGE PURGE 的现象，情况好的时候可以一周到十几天都很正
常，但是情况不好的时候会一天一两次，或者连续几天反复，过后又好像回复到一个比
较好的稳定期，这样反反复复，始终不能彻底治愈，不知道有没有和我有相似问题的朋
友，很希望大家能够多交流交流，我非常希望能够靠自己彻底治愈这个心理疾病。同时

, 本来只是一个warning, 结果我竟然给他一个one minute的手势, 所以他决定给我
一个ticket. 我试图解释, 他不让我解释. 我想想算了, 大不了罚款.
回来仔细一看, 他开的pink summon, disorderly conduct 240.20 sub 5, blocking

managed to maintain a stable condition since then with Lithium and Epideral,
and had a baby in May. In order to have a safe pregnancy and breastfeeding
period, she stopped taking medicine for about 1 and a half year.
Now the problem is, she started to have symptoms (high and low episodes)

症。到一定程度，就变成了一种障碍。Somato意思是身体，躯体。躯体形式障碍就是指
，人们觉得自己生病了，感受到的器官上的病症和一般疾病一模一样，但是，却找不到
病理上的根据。
Hypochondriasis: 因为害怕得某种严重疾病而产生严重的焦虑。
Gail 21岁就结婚了，向往着新生活。初中的时候，她觉得很虚弱，常常被他人忽略，自
尊很低。继父的儿子喝醉酒了就打她，妈妈和继父听不进她的哭诉。她认为婚姻可以改
变一切。但是她很快发现丈夫和以前的女朋友有了外遇。
