11-7-2013 收到fingerprint 纸质通知书。
和LG 一起申请的，主副申请人各收到2张FINGERPRINT 通知，共4张。 大家都这么多吗
？我原来以为一个人一个通知就够了呢？ |

发帖数: 54 | 2 今天early walk in采集指纹，local officer很nice，接受了。 但是，只采集了食指+
照片+signature。 Google了一下才发现我们是code 2.
Code 1 is for a 10 fingerprints only ;
Code 2 is for a biometrics appointment; ( Picture and Index finger only)
and Code 3 is a combination 10 fingerprint and biometrics
我们FP notice上写的是I485+I765， 但是是code2. 请问这样是不是不太对？会不会
USCIS搞错了？ |

吗？那么对于TSC来说，是任何城市的任何ASC都可以walk in去搞fingerprint吗？还是
有一个指定的list of centers才可以去walk in？ |

发帖数: 13 | 7 9月底RD，一直都没有FP通知，SR也做过，没结果。
EAD/AP approved on 12/30.以为批了应该不久就可以收到了。到今天20多天了什么都
没有。
今天又去infopass问了，说是根本没有做卡因为你没有fingerprint。也问了infopass
officer可不可以给我schedule appointment for fingerprint,她说不可以。提交了一
个SR,让我回去等FP通知，然后才能做卡。这个没有一两个月搞不定吧。我已经不知道
怎么办了，之前为了省钱连140都是DIY的，没想到485这一步这么不顺利。
新公司那边的offer都已经拖了1个月，快拖不住了。突然好想收拾东西回国，可是不甘
心花在140上的时间和精力还有肉痛到手的dream offer。
接下来联系打算议员和Ombudsman office,大概只能做这些了。版上的高人大家有什么
建议也请分享。谢谢~~ |

发帖数: 13 | 9 4个月了，今天终于收到fingerprint notice scheduled at 2/13,大概上周联系了国
会议员有帮助。中午收到信后立刻赶去Jamaica Center（不是曼哈顿那个)，轻轻松松
前后５分钟搞定。NY的朋友如果着急可以去去看，那里的工作人员态度都挺好的。
我的教训就是之前没有太在意fingerprint,以为EAD批了就好了。还有就是你不能太相
信移民局的人告诉你的，我早上还去曼哈顿office infopass，不但什么也没问到，还
被警告你不能每周给我们打电话，service center没办法给你预约打指纹是因为local
没空。当然他们不会承认他们忘记了。
另外，我这么慢收到指纹肯定是哪里出错了，我的Case从NSC被转到了ＮＢＣ然后２个
月没有动静。后来我查了一下NBC是处理家属类的还有别的什么类的。ＵＳＣＩＳ你能
靠铺一点吗！！！而且貌似这个中心要有指纹才给EAD, 今天指纹也打了，快点给我寄
卡吧（一月多月前就approved)．求bless。 |

动过。Case was recevied这类在过去三天已经从89 涨到131了。为什么Fingerprint
Fee Was Received一直不动？这两个的区别是什么？ |

Fingerprint fee was received是单独file 485的状态。
我的有限观察是Case was received的要处理的快一些。我不幸的是Fingerprint fee
was received，mycasetracker已经很久没怎么动了 |

可是最近看到貌似不是这样

Case was received： 268
Fingerprint fee was received： 117
08/03的数据
Case was received： 136
Fingerprint fee was received： 110
这不论是数量还是比例来看，都是"Case was received"处理的更快啊
当然，也可以说样本太少，只有一天的数据。。。 |

name was updated然后收到ref，六月初补了出生证明和证明婚姻有效性的材料。现在

)，485的时候会有Fingerprint Check和Name Check，这三者有什么区别和关系呢？
如果一个人F-1的时候Security Check花了两个月Clear,那么485的时候也Fingerprint
和Name Check也差不多两个月clear?
不同的申请人，数据库都是同一个，除了名字罕见程度，和工作人员不出差错以外，还
有哪些影响clear速度的因素呢? |

from mid April. As I have a valid H1 so AP may not be useful for me. But I'm
afraid I cannot get my fingerprint app before my departure in April.It
seems two options:
1) Can I get an early fingerprint even without a physical FP notice?
2) Can I reschedule it for a date >3 months later (e.g. in Aug)? Is there a
limit of days for reschedule on the FP notice?

fingerprint notice (maybe he doesn't even know my PD February/2010 is far
away from being noticed for fingerprint :). Anyway, hope they can speed up

fingerprint notice信寄出，所以也就真的不再给我寄了。以致于我从来都没有收到过
fingerprint notice。任何一个ASC，每天的最后一个小时是不安排预约的，目的是一
旦前面时间的预约有拖延，这一个小时可以用来把前面的处理完。所以，walk-in 的最
包靠时间就是最后一个小时去做。带上receipt number notice 那封信，做的时候就是
扫这信上的barcode.随便说一下我已经绿了并且上星期收到绿卡了。祝大家也尽快绿！ |

old one (also a combo card) has my fingerprint, this one says , fingerprint
not available. Is this normal?
the validation is 2 years.
my renewal timeline is
submit application renewal on Dec 23rd.
received the card on March 19th.
Old card expires on April 22nd.

我靠，9：30还在加班，蛮拼的吗！
我昨天收到了485的收据，然后查了一下移民局网站，发现Fingerprint应该是递交申请
后30天收到。今天下午给移民局打了电话，complain了一下，Tier 1的人说我给你做一
个Service Request, 然后给了我一个Case number。告诉我等3到5天，没想到半夜收到
了移民局的电话。
坛子里问一声，还有多少 TSC的485没有收到Fingerprint Notice? 我是4月12号的
Receipt Date. |

Like I said before, this process has nothing to do with green card. You

scheduled for March 10th. However, my wife needs to fly to China on Martch 5
( a few days earlier thatn the scheduled day) and she already bought the
ticket. She may need to stay there to take care of her sick mom for a few
months. Today, when I called the USCIS hot line, they simply said that we

给我约了5月14号在附近的一个地方“To process your application, the U.S.
Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) must capture your biometrics.”还
要我带上本信和Photo Indentification。手机，照相机等不许带。通篇我没有看到
Fingerprint的字样，但是怀疑这是不是就是大家所说的FP？如果是5月14号就是 FP
Date了？
