6月底的一个日期的RD，
过去两周，这一天的RD的approved case都是来自状态为：case was received, 状态为
fingerprint fee was received的case数量，在过去两周以来，一直基本没有变化，只
少了两件。
虽说这两个状态没啥区别，但是就这一个rd的case而言，我觉得他妈的，USCIS的人是
不是从一个状态开始，一直审核这个状态的。 |

case received 的485好多都是连号的，批的飞快；
fingerprint fee received都是间隔3个号的，也就是eb系列大多数的特点，485+131+
765，批准速度龟速
不成熟的观点1: 连号的case received多是大赦非移，在obama政府的末班车飞速被批
准，以防被deport
不成熟的观点2:连号的是eb系列没有提交765/131的，移民局认为这些人更需要绿卡，
于是优先批准，有765/131的既不影响工作，又不影响travel，于是好好等着吧。。。
大家怎么看？ |

就NSC而言，不知道mycasetracker上面的数据有多可靠，但是我发现每一天批准的case
95%都来自于状态为case was received，而状态为fingerprint fee was received的
case，也就平均一周一例左右，说的都是对每一个RD而言。 |

发帖数: 1 | 12 说下我发现的规律，也确实没什么用，最近两周16年nsc十月份一个星期的case批了近
10％了，但百分之80－90％都是case was received，同意楼上各位，这些case 应该是
没有需要打指纹的，或者需要指纹但是不收费 fee waived？比如老人，小孩，还有不
知道什么原因的，确实是fingerprint的批的比较慢。应该是移民局有他们自己的计划。
我还发现一个有意思的现象，应该是在开始批的初期比较明显，比如开始批十月份的
case了，然后移民局似乎在追求每一天百分比的平衡，也就是说当天收件多的就批的多
，收件少的就批的少，这样看似公平，但若某一天收了两千多，就已经批了200多了，
可是如果某一天只收了500个case就一直不动都是零，或者等了很久才批一两个，现在
也只有21个批了，而且确实连approve的总百分比后面case多的都少，比如12和13两天
收的case 最少，一直是前两个星期通过比率最低的，很久很久都是0。我的意思是说当
天收件少的，比较不容易被touch到，这样其实对单个申请者来说概率大大降低，接近
于无穷小。即使rd靠前，也不如rd靠后但是那天收... 阅读全帖 |

可是副申请人却没有任何消息，不知道是不是邮寄丢了
难道主副申请人不应该一块儿打指纹吗？

PD 2014/03 状态还是fingerprint fee was received. 有人跟我一样吗？
已经两次service request。最近的一次回复是：
“U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case
is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional
time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the
order received.”
有懂行的知道我的状态为啥这么慢吗？ |

发帖数: 3877 | 18 提前去打指纹，能否成功，取决于运气。而且主要取决于门口的安检人员能否放行。你可
以跟他们说，你10月有事要外出，因此提前到9月来打指纹。
如果Local USCIS Office离你们住的地方，不是太远，我认为还是值得一试的。

“FP 通知通常比 I-485 收据晚几天，但也有拖个仨月甚至半年的。由于在 USCIS 的
背景调查中，多是 NC 在拉后腿，指纹检查都很快。所以，指纹迟打是不会有太大的影
响。没有及时收到指纹通知的同学，请稍安勿躁。只要跟 USCIS 联络，证实没有寄丢
就没有关系。

fingerprint通知在你收到485receipt之后的30-45天收到都算正常。她还特别强调了是
这个时间是从收到485receipt开始算。
