the FBI's NNCP, and a response to the request was sent to the USCIS on Oct.
28,2016.我的RD是Oct.5.2016。Name check的结果居然在打指纹之前就返回USCIS了。
请问有哪位大神知道这是说明我的name check在FBI那儿已经clear了吗？
我在今年2月到4月做了3次infopass，每次都说Background check pending。我就奇怪
了，既然FBI name check早就clear了，我又没有进过局子, fingerprint check肯定也
没问题。那会是卡在哪儿了？根据pjiang的那篇著名的文章，背景审查就包括三块：
FBI fingerprint check; FBI name check; IBIS name check。它里面有说通常FBI

发帖数: 15 | 18 Our 485 were approved in Aug. and we still haven't got the card yet.
We did fingerprinting in early Oct but it turned out FBI was not able
to process my wife's fingerprint so she needs to retake another fingerprint
end this month. We got temporary stamping in our passports and were able
to get SSN card updated.
This green card process is really frustrating.
Let us who are in the same boat keep in touch and share our experience. |

信让她去fingerprint,但是appt那天去不了，所以要求改期。从此就一直没消息。没有
办法，我们只好自己infopass了10/14去fingerprint。不知会怎样。各位有类似经历吗
？谢谢！
奇怪的是我从来没有被要求重新做fingerprint，她被要求了两次.Don't know why.

I-140是主要的一步。如果I-140获批准，I-485的批准对绝大多数人来说只是一个时间
问题。

没有可能。I-485是基于I-140的。
3、如果我的I-140批准了，有没有可能I-485被拒呢？
有可能。但是很少见。
4、如果我的I-140批准了，有多大可能I-485被拒呢？
一般情况下可能性很小。
5、什么情况有可能导致I-140批准后，I-485还被拒呢？
以下情况有可能导致I-140批准后，I-485仍然被拒绝：
a、申请人有犯罪行为；
b、申请人失去合法身份或非法工作超过180天；

我就是在收到receipt number后直接去ASC做打指纹的，由于做完之后uscis还没有把
fingerprint notice信寄出，所以也就真的不再给我寄了。以致于我从来都没有收到过
fingerprint notice。任何一个ASC，每天的最后一个小时是不安排预约的，目的是一
旦前面时间的预约有拖延，这一个小时可以用来把前面的处理完。所以，walk-in 的最
包靠时间就是最后一个小时去做。带上receipt number notice 那封信，做的时候就是
扫这信上的barcode.随便说一下我已经绿了并且上星期收到绿卡了。祝大家也尽快绿

个恶劣，啥也不肯说。今天打电话的时候跟那个T1多聊了几句，她说TSC现在在处理
2013年10月的case，跟版上有些人说的一样。我说不会呀，我身边的有和我RD差不多时
间的都批了。她说，哦，是嘛，然后balabala一顿没啥用的官方话。之后我说我想了解
一下我的fingerprint check 和name check 是否完成，然后请她给我转了T2。
这次T2也是个黑大妈，但是态度比之前那个好点。我问她我的fingerprint check是否
已经做完了，他没正面回答我，只是说我的case还在normal processing time，通常他
们会做fingerprint check, security check, name check等等，之后会approve,然后
给你寄出绿卡。大概要6个月左右。我看她一副打官腔的样子，感觉也问不出啥来，但
是还是不死心的又问了一句，所以我的case还没有assign给IO是吗？她说，an officer
is working on your case...

网上除了fingerprint fee received外一直没消息。
今天上午去info pass，local officer很nice，帮看了系统里面的状态，说是系统显示
finger print/name check pending， 我说去年7月打的指纹，请他帮忙看下
fingerprint check什么时候开始的，他又仔细看了另一个系统，说是那个系统里面显
示FP check和name check在3月28号已经clear了，但是在开始看的那个系统里面还没有
更新，那个系统最后一次更新是在3月22号。他让我打电话给USCIS那个custtomer
service number，问问怎么还没有更新，更新了就可以进入下一步。
刚才打电话给USCIS，800-375-5283，先是一个人接说没有权限看具体信息，说给转
next level。等了半小时有电话回复回来（这就是传说中的T2么？）把情况说了之后，

标 题: 大家一般多久收到AP啊？

快两月了，网上查还是initial review
BTW，我efile的时候他们没有charge 80刀的fingerprint fee
两年前有过fingerprint，这次申请AP还要fingerprint吗？ |

我现在在加拿大读硕士，已经两年多了，准备今年年底毕业。
我的study permit到明年4月底。我现在有几个问题想问一下：
1、我是不是只能将材料寄回北京？
2、我在国内的时候办过所有的公证，但是看说明我是不是还得去
办在加国的无犯罪公证？我对这个没有经验。是不是去RCMP办？
fingerprint是怎么回事，我对北京使馆给出的说明的理解是，
police在做certificate of clearance的时候需要我的fingerprint，
而不是使馆需要，对么？我在去年做co-op的时候，曾经做过fingerprint，
到时是不是需要跟他们说明一下，可不可以用去年的那个（我没有
任何copy，但是我猜他们自己应该有record）？
3、如果将材料寄到北京，我的mailing address怎么写？那里只给出
国内的地址。
还有点奇怪的是，我怎么连不上www.canada.org.hk？

I would strongly advise you steer clear of this seller and product.
Overpriced and unreliable. Imagine having this beside your bed and the
biometric reader not working when you really need it to protect your family.
If I wanted to use the key pad I wouldn't have paid the premium for

Reuters reports that Apple will be acquiring AuthenTec for $356 million.
AuthenTec Inc (AUTH.O), which makes fingerprint sensor chips used in
personal computers, said it agreed to be bought by Apple Inc (AAPL.O) for
about $356 million.
