9月27日收到加拿大通知,让我们去做Fingerprints,寄到FBI做无犯罪检查,等FBI给我们
寄回来后,和他们要求补交的其他材料一起寄回给加拿大.
FBI于10月13日收到我们的指纹卡,有Certified Mail Return 的 Receipt为证.但现在
到过去两个月了,我们还没有收到把指纹卡给寄回来.加拿大是要求我们90天内(也就是
12月28日以前)将所有他们要求的东西寄回去.现在就等FBI的这个东西了. 材料上说FBI
的这个过程会take between 3 and 6 weeks.但现在都过去8个星期了,还没有收到.查
FBI 的网站,一点联系方式都没有,不知道该怎么和他们尽快联系.
不知道有没有朋友遇到过类似的情况,或者有相关的信息和经验,能否提供建议一二?

没有权限查看了。他们也没有file service request， 只说等待通知。
不知道有没有类似于皮匠blog这么全面的文章是针对这种情况的。
另外不知道版上有否类似的情况，一般在被reject多久后会收到什么样的通知呢？能否
列一下timeline。
听说需要5年所在地的certificate from police department。请问这个certificate是
可以walk in去申请的，还要凭USCIS的notice去申请。 |

finger，如果配合的话。
google了一下，好像很多人的孩子fingerprint notice在父母收到notice一周后收到，
你孩子的通知说不定在路上了。要不你给uscis再打个电话，问问孩子要不要去那啥中
心拍照啥的。 |

同时收到email通知和网上状态update，说pp-clock开始。
但今天1/23早上受到email：“On January 23, 2013, we received the fingerprint
fee for this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. The case is now
properly filed and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will
process your case.”
没有一块递485啊，搞不懂。需要联系USCIS吗？ |

和移民局的人说已经有offer了是不是有帮助。

fingerprint，然后才能批EAD。头回听说，难道他们改规则了？LP还等着EAD开始工作
