统计显示有50%的抑郁症患者从来没看过医生,要不不知道自己患病,或知道因为没保
险而不去看
那些被诊断为抑郁症的,只有25%的人吃非处方药、参加therapy或看心理医生
抑郁症的病因不明,有基因的因素,有环境的因素,也有其它因素,也有可能什么
trigger也没有,人就抑郁了。
别的版灌水的很多人说是那个自杀的同胞的老板太mean了,太严了,等等造成那人自杀
,不一定,抑郁症和头疼感冒拉肚子一样,都是身体的某个环节不好好工作了,如果一
个人的身体功能是健全的,就能有足够的能力去处理这些压力,就像身体通常情况可以
抵抗感冒病毒。一旦这些功能出了问题,遇到压力或其它诱因时才会诱发抑郁。治疗抑
郁症唯一的办法是吃药,其它都是辅助治疗,不吃药,其它任何治疗都没用。一定一定

contraindicated in the elderly. Reference is black and white, but the
patient is specific, the appropriate recommendation should be made based on

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5(附件1),
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说,如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症,就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现,就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢?回答是肯定的。但是,当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状,原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看,张纯如没有妄想症状。

mentioned. But with exercise, you can control your mind with more focus. I

it was solved, she recovered totally. what i mean is that solving some

Early wake up is a common phenomena as we age. Of course, anxiety,
depression, as well as many other issues can add to the problem. Both
insomnia and irritable bowel are common complaints in otherwise healthy

1) Try not to make up for the missed sleep during the day.
2) Do not use for bed for anything other than sleep or sex.
3) If you do not fall asleep in 30 mins, get up and do something, and try
again later.
4) If you get occasional insomnia (sleepless nights), hey welcome to the
adulthood. It is miserable the next day, but it doesn't mean you have a
problem. It is OK to miss a couple of sleeps every now and then. This is
common human phenomena. |
