My impression is that the dosage is very individual. Unless the doc's
recommendation is really high (e.g. higher than the manufacturer's guideline

months and stopped for 6 months as not able to adjust. Now she is trying
again. Her complaints is when she lost conscious, then with mouth and nose
breath, the air in the mask seems too strong and woke her up (She has sleep

I thought that's more than enough for me at that time, but after working
really hard for a month, all stress and sleep deprivation started to take a
toll on me. Nowadays I still suffer from anxiety disorder and insomnia from
time to time.
My advice is to take as much time off as you can, or to ease the transition,
try to reduce your workload the first few weeks after you go back to work. |

书上有几周的计划，从浅入深，但一般人估计用前面一两周建议的一些方法就有效了。
我大概记得这些：
1，心里不要背包袱，人的脑子自己有调节的机制，睡得越少，睡的效率越高。一般8个
小时的睡眠只有一小部分是深度睡眠，其他还有半醒，浅睡，做梦这些乱七八糟的。所
以核心睡眠只有3个小时，5个小时对于成年人来说够你大脑恢复的了，你第二天能正常
工作，除了感觉上不舒服。缺少睡眠的时候，每一次睡觉大脑都总是把最缺乏的部分补
上，比如睡3，5个小时的人REM睡眠（做梦的那种）会比较缺乏，下次睡觉可能就会多
梦。
还有就是睡眠的时间不需要连续的，大脑一样能得到它需要的恢复。

.24，有的是〉0.2 in first trimester。而且一天之中这个值会有变化，中午最低。
确诊应该同时测T3，T4。

楼主有一点说错了，耀中是美国制的，并不是英国制的。
因为我们也是海归，对上海的学校还算熟悉，我也顺便补充说说上海适合海归孩子的学
校吧。
看上面有人问到英国课程和美国课程的区别，我随便说点皮毛吧。接触了不少被派去中
国的家庭， 普遍反映英制比美制严格。所以我的孩子上的是英国课程。英国老师也确
实比美国老师严格。还有一个区别就是英国学校有校服，上海美国学校是没有校服的。
当然其他的学校比如耀中，协和， 长宁国际，利文斯顿都是有校服的。
