疾病。 控制高血压，高血脂，吸烟这些危险因素重要啊。这里的医生/医学生并不知道
具体的病情，什么样的症状和遗留的功能损害，所以最多只是提供一些建议。
肺炎是中风病人的常见并发症之一。 60% 是由于中风导致的吞咽功能失调，包括咽喉
肌肉的运动和感觉功能，或其他原因等等而导致的吸入性肺炎。 可能是吸入口咽的细
菌，也可能不是细菌，是化学物比如胃酸对肺部的刺激等。 如果是细菌感染，胸部X光
片应该可以看出。留深部痰做多次药敏选择抗生素应该能够找到合适的药物，如果是吸
入性肺炎，抗菌素是一线的clindamycin克林霉素，或ampicillin-sulbactam氨苄西林-
舒巴坦。头孢，环丙沙星等其他的抗菌素不是很推荐的。如果是化学性的或者气道阻塞
导致的肺炎，抗菌素是不管用的，只是支持肺部的呼吸功能的治疗。所以，根据病人的

药works at first and then stopped working. At first 医生also"说是病毒，肺没
问题". But after a couple of days we saw a second doctor, who used the X-ray
and found it was pneumonia.
Did your son have a hard time to sleep at night? Did he feel worse at night?
Those may be indications of pneumonia. Also you could google the difference

。我在此记下这些和我们总结的一些经验教训，盼望也能对别的父母们有所帮助。
8月22日（星期一）的晚上茹茹开始发烧到102.5F，并伴有轻微咳嗽。我们给她吃了
Tylenol控制体温。第二天是安安的五岁生日，本来就约好了要做5岁的例行体检，于是
也给茹茹约了见医生。 因为是生病预约，所以就哪个医生有空就见哪个，这次见的是
一个年轻的男医生，以前从来没有见过。医生给茹茹检查了耳朵，咽喉，都没有问题。
又做了一个口腔粘膜的检查排除了Strep throat 的可能。医生仔细反复的听了胸腔，
最后的结论是可能是因为病毒感染上呼吸道有些congestion，肺部和支气管都没有问题
。所以没有开任何药，只是因为茹茹上半年曾经因为感冒，上呼吸道感染发生过哮喘
（Wheezing），建议我们白天每4-6个小时做一次Albuterol 的雾化。
接下来的几天茹茹依然发烧咳嗽，只要Tylenol的药效一过，体温就升到102F以上。白
天稍好，晚上咳嗽加剧，体温也更高。但是只要不发烧，小朋友的精神状态就很好，依

causing atypical pneumonia, at least in adult population, establishing
diagnosis is not very practical, so it is recommended to treat with
community aquired pneumonia with antibiotics that cover atypical agents, so
quinolones are often prescribed,
for peds, since quinolone is not used, i think zithromax is the drug of
choice, if you just have bronchitis, most of bronchitis is viral, would
